More terrorism took place in America Wednesday night when a left-wing activist brutally murdered two young Israeli employees outside of a Jewish museum. In true terrorist fashion, he shot them in the back and repeatedly shot the woman in the back as she tried to crawl away. Elias Rodriguez might get his chance to become a martyr because the Justice Department said the death penalty is indeed on the table.
FBI Special Agent Christine Hagenbaugh spelled out what allegedly took place in her affidavit submitted with the complaint against Rodriguez.
An event was held at the Capital Jewish Museum Wednesday night for young Jewish professionals and members of the diplomatic community. Israeli Embassy employees Sarah Milgrim (26) and Yaron Lischinsky (30) left the museum where Rodriquez allegedly waited outside to kill some Jews, any Jews.
No terrified terrorist was he, no sir. Elias Rodridguez was waiting inside for the police at the museum. The affidavit states:
Officer-1 and his partner (Officer-2) entered the building to inquire about the cameras and identify witnesses. Once inside, RODRIGUEZ asked to speak with the officer. RODRIGUEZ then stated that he “did it” and that he was unarmed. RODGRIQUEZ was taken into custody...
12. RODRIGUEZ spontaneously stated on scene to MPD, “I did it for Palestine, I did it for Gaza, I am unarmed.” RODRIGUEZ was holding a red scarf identified by one witness as a “Kaffiyeh.” As MPD officers were escorting RODRIQUEZ from the Museum, he shouted “Free Palestine.”
Security cameras caught the executions on video - and make no mistake, executions is exactly what they were. The affidavit continues:
As Decedent-1 (Milgrim) attempted to crawl away from RODRIGUEZ, he followed behind her and fired again. After a brief moment, RODRIGUEZ appeared to reload his firearm. At the same time, Decedent-1 sat up. Once he reloaded, RODRIGUEZ fired several times at Decedent-1. ....
Make no mistake, Rodriguez shot Milgrim and Lischinsky in the back. The two Israelis were soon to be engaged as Lischinsky had bought a ring for his beloved. Ironically, he was not Jewish but an Israeli Christian.
A witness observed the shooting while hiding. He identified Rodriguez after he was detained and said he was "motioning as if he was attempting to shoot the firearm but it was not firing. He ran away and made a motion with "his arm as if he were throwing an object." Police found a pistol in the same area.
The police recovered 21 bullet casings, a magazine, and a 9 mm pistol with the slide locked. ATF determined Rodriguez bought the handgun on in March 2020 in Illinois. He declared and transported it in his checked luggage when he flew from Illinois to Virginia.
Rodriguez was proud of his killing:
RODRIGUEZ expressed admiration for the actions of an individual who self-immolated in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., on February 25, 2024, as a form of protest intended to draw attention to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. RODRIGUEZ described this person’s actions as courageous and labeled him a “martyr.” Rodriguez also stated that he had purchased a ticket to the event at the Museum approximately three hours prior to its commencement.
The Justice Department charged Rodriguez with murder of foreign officials, causing the death of a person through the use of a firearm, discharge of a firearm through a crime of violence, and two counts of first degree murder.
The murder charges carry the death penalty. Interim U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said the government is considering seeking the death penalty.
Rodriguez was a member of the left-wing group, Party for Socialism and Liberation. The organization defended the October 7 massacre in Israel although it disavowed the Wednesday night murders.
Rodriguez's preliminary hearing will be held on June 18.
Kingfish note: Go for the death penalty, then hang him. No needles, no chairs, no firing squads. Let him walk up those gallows and feel the rope around his neck so he may suffer for a moment before it all ends.
It's no surprise this butchery took place. College students in Ivy League schools have been advocating the murder of Jews at rallies, screaming for a global intifada against Jews. They've killed them at protests (L.A.), beaten them, harassed them, segregated them in classes (Stanford), forced them to hide, and said they want to kill all Zionists. The really ironic part of all this is the deceased were attending a meeting on how to get more aid to Gaza but intentions don't matter to this crowd when they are checking boxes.

In Muslim dominated countries, conversion to Christianity is a perilous thing. Christians are second class citizens in Muslim countries, and are not allowed to freely exercise their religion, including publicly sharing their faith. If anyone is showing ignorance, it is the one who doesn’t understand that Muslim cultures are intolerant of Christianity. They may not bother them in some places as along as they remain quiet and silent, but saying they live peacefully together around the world is a denial of the truth.
