Harold Stiff got stiffed in Jackson Municipal Court after Jackson Municipal Court Judge denied bond on his second aggravated assault charge. Stiff has been an up and coming student of the Hinds County Catch & Release Program. The little hoodlum was passing with honors until he played around in the wrong county last week.
Stiff is known to the police as he was arrested several times more than a decade ago for petty crimes such as receiving stolen goods, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and simple assault of a police officer. However, Stiff allegedly graduated to aggravated assault.
JPD arrested Stiff on June 3, 2024 after he allegedly shot his girlfriend in the head. Jackson Municipal Court Judge Jeff Reynolds called him "an extreme danger" as he gave him a $2 million bond. However, Hinds County Court Judge Johnny McDaniels reduced his bond in January 2025.
The Hinds County grand jury indicted Stiff for aggravated assault in June 2025. Hinds County Court Circuit Judge Winston Kidd set his bond at $100,000. Unfortunately, Stiff's resistance to correcting his wayward ways stiffened after he posted bond.
Judge Reynolds issued a warrant for Stiff's arrest. A police affidavit alleges he committed aggravated assault - domestic violence. The affidavit states:

Not sure why Madison allows such thugs.
I guess the there will be riots in the streets over no bail for this scholar.
The Judge is absolutely right. This person has reached the point where he will reason that he has nothing to lose and will not restrain his desire to hurt others. Even so, some lawyer will take his money to beg a judge to recognize his "rights" and grant him bail.
How many times have you seen this phrase over the years?
"However, Hinds County Court Judge Johnny McDaniels reduced his bond"
So why are there not calls for Winston Kidd and Johnny McDaniel's ass? Why does Tate say nothing about them? DeSantis would not sit back and allow this shit. Not without raising hell at least.
