The Clinton Public School District issued the following statement.
On the evening of Wednesday, February 11, administrators at Clinton Junior High School and Sumner Hill were made aware of two social media posts involving possible threats to student safety at Clinton Junior High School and Sumner Hill.
District and campus administration along with School Resource Officers initiated an immediate investigation.
On the morning of Thursday, February 12, around midnight, investigators with the Clinton Police Department identified a 12-year-old suspect who was promptly apprehended by law enforcement officers. This individual will face all consequences legally allowed.
Additional security measures will still be in place on the campuses of CJHS and Sumner Hill on Thursday, February 12 with Clinton Police presence.
The Clinton Public School District takes all threats seriously. The safety and security of all students, faculty and staff is of the utmost priority.

How many of these things get covered up? How many strikes do the kids with red flags get to terrorize the school? Ask your kid who the school shooter is and they will tell you.

Has nothing to do with being grumpy or old. We are tired of society coddling people when they break the law. If nothing is done to this 12 yr old, he will continue to create havoc in society. You may want a lawless society, but the majority of people don’t.
