Clearly someone with decades of healthcare experience.
She's the Spin Doctor on the Board of Health.
But but, she’s a DOCTOR
Well said, 10:54. There is nothing like a career in public education, with an emphasis on journalism and communication, to quality anyone to serve on a public health board.
Jim Perry is not a health professional either. Most are. Maybe they want some perspectives from outside the field?
Sometimes you need a different perspective on a board. It is a common practice to do this. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is a requirement.
No one contacted Fauci to see if he wanted to come out of retirement?
Fauci got rich cashing chinese checks, he aint needing no job lol
Next watch Tater reappoint that Doofus Commissioner up in Cleveland to the DWFP Commission. If you want to see nothing continuing to be done with parks across the board, he's your man.
Perry seems to be unqualified also, except for MSDH infrastructure project financing. They do pretty much none of that, except for the drinking water SRF and related programs. The drinking water program is a very, very small part of the department.
Letting doctors run the board of health is certainly not a conflict of interest. Snicker, Snicker.
Is there a reason we need a Board of Health? Stop the train and let me off.
