If elected, Horhn has an incredible opportunity with Jackson. The crime and chaos tactic Democrats systematically use to create flight to the suburbs has been overplayed, big time. Horhn can reduce crime drastically without the risk of too many Independent and Republican voters moving into Jackson.
Horhn only needs to reduce crime enough to at least get the White Liberal Democrat Hypocrites living in Republican controlled Madison and Rankin counties (keeping their babies safely away from Jackson’s stray bullets and murders) to move into Jackson.
Providing security to the areas east of Gallatin and Mill should do the trick. Democrats can keep Jackson a one-party city by continuing to use their crime and chaos tactic in the poor undereducated areas, because the poor and undereducated will take the racism bait no matter what, i.e. always vote Democrat.
Of course crime and chaos as a tactic anywhere is still an immoral inhumane sin. But we’ve seen more than enough proof that even dead children won’t change the Democrats use of this tactic to make cities like Jackson, MS a one party Democrat city forever.
