* The Mississippi Workers Comp Commission sanctioned him for $500 in 2017 for throwing a tantrum at a hearing. Earlier post.
* The Mississippi Court of Appeals ordered Carlos Moore to pay sanctions of $27,467 after he failed to appear in court for a trial because he had a "speaking engagement" in Texas. Earlier post.
* Mississippi Bar reprimanded him in 2020 for ignoring an assignment of a Client's funds and providing the funds to the client. Earlier post. (This undoubtedly played a role in his suspension.)
* Federal judge in North Mississippi sanctioned Moore for $3,000 in 2017 for fabricating statements, memos, and not responding to discovery. (Read the post. It's a really good one as it was Carlos Moore at his race-baiting best.).
* U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves sanctioned Moore $500 in the Belhaven case after he found Moore's client destroyed evidence in 2017. Earlier post.
* The Tennessee Bar censured the Grenada attorney in 2019 after he placed a lien on a client because she rejected a settlement offer he recommended. Earlier post.
* The estate of Kendrick Murry sued him (pro se) in September 2020 in Forrest County Circuit Court for alleged legal malpractice of a case. Earlier post. However, the lawsuit has not been prosecuted since the initial filing of the complaint. Mr. Moore was not served with the lawsuit.
Then there is the recent case in Oxford. The Clown got caught fabricating statements in a wrongful death lawsuit.
* The Mississippi Supreme Court suspended Grenada Municipal Court Judge Pro-Tem Carlos Moore for 60 days without pay after he he used his position as a judge to pressure two police officers for a private client. Earlier post.
Just remember, Mr. Moore, before you can sue this site, you have to first give notice of the error and give ten days for a retraction or correction, but you already know that, right.

There’s someone starving to be relevant again.
Talk about fabricating statements....In one of his more recent posts in which he said that he is searching for the truth, he proceeded to once again NOT tell the truth. He said that he had "earned" the title of "Judge" and that he later "resigned " from the bench....neither of which is true. He was "appointed" to the bench by a friend, and he was "removed" from the bench by the Supreme Court. The guy is unbelieveable. In the process of telling his fans that he is searching for the truth, he told yet another lie.
lol
He should sue himself for defamation.
dont sweat a defamation case fish.
no plaintiff has collected damages in a defamation suit since herbert hoover was in the white house.
Wow! It’s all Trump’s fault! Oh, Carlos! The mental real estate that Trump owns in your head, and that of all you other TDS sufferers, is greater than all of his office space, resort hotels and golf courses combined. Bwahahaha!
when one makes himself a pubic figure, which moore strives to do everyday, you leave yourself open to having ANYTHING said about you.
Clowns gotta clown
Carlos - even if someone got something wrong, where's the damages? YOU ruined your reputation. Take some accountability, dumbass.
He has petitioned for reinstatement to the Bar. At the same time he is holding himself out to be a judge, when he is not.
Just what business would the Nolan Wells case be to him anyway? Has he called for the same for the other black folks that have lost their lives in Mississippi this year? If nothing else Mr Carlos is entertaining...
The same day the Supreme Court requests public comments he threatens defamation suits. I guess we will find out how tough the MS Bar and Supreme Court is. So I guess anyone that says that he shouldn’t be reinstated will be sued.
Clown is running for public office. Defamation for a public figure requires actual malice. He may have to carry the burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence. I’m sure Carlos can use Phil Bryant’s lawyers or Gerry Bufkin will take his case.
First amendment Carlos! You knucklehead… sue Me
Is Ben representing Carlos in this class action?
But 1st amendment seems to only apply to those spreading untruths about MS and not LEO’s or investigators working cases such as Nolan Wells? Biggest travesty is the chosen few haw ruined Nolan’s love for his classmates spreading murder Rumors. Hatred is in bread & appears to be reverse discrimination. Why can’t they wait until autopsy is complete if not. Or are they only afraid of the money drying up?
He’s mentioned in a story on Fox this morning as a “former Judge” from Mississippi.
@Kingfish, you’re too kind in awarding this Moore any “Mr.” honorific.
World Class POS....
Yo Clown, all of the things that people are calling you are true.
@5:05 this is the most basic lie of them all... If I were his Congressional opponent, I would simply have the SCOMS opinion blown up on a giant billboard with a big highlight over "Judge Moore is hereby removed from the bench."
One of the FB comments the Clown rec'd:
You have to accept responsibility at some point for your lack of clarity and transparency. As much as I adore the community I do not understand your goal or request for support. Why can’t you practice in MS? Why are you running for congress in Atlanta. Your lack of clarity screams opportunistic and self serving. Your threats are disturbing. Who in Jackson supports you? If you are focusing on Jackson why did you move to Atlanta and running for congress?
Mr Moore why you keep doing this to yourself , we had forgot about you! Have a great live in Georgia my brother, there is bigger fish to fry!
I grew up in a harmonious public school in MS in the 80s and I am so disappointed in the abject hatred that black people have in their hearts for white people in current society. It has been quite jarring to watch them sheer and root for the presumed innocent white boys to be harmed and to openly state they hate all Caucasians.
And I hate that I am finding myself grow more and more racist by the day. It feels like black people genuinely hate us and want us to die. Social media is the worst technology that has ever happened to society.
What’s the consensus on the Seatow audio?
He recently stopped allowing comments on his FB page. I don't know why. The people who believe the shit he is peddling find it a badge of honor that he was punished by the State of Mississippi.
@5:38 the families of the kids wrongfully accused will. Usually when the race gestapo leaves down people are simply relieved. This time, I believe Crump and Sharpton attacked folks that will punch back
What is sad is all this division and ranting about race over a probable accidental drowning. For the millionth time, no one waits for the actual investigation to be completed before running the game.
You can bet he gots him some undeserved covid money !!! They all did !!!
"lying on me" always the best and brightest.........
Twana Brawley.
He’s been calling for immediate arrests in the Wells investigation, probably coming closer to defaming people himself than anyone has in pointing out his record.
I remember when a court basically ruled that Jose Conseco's reputation was so bad that it could not be slandered, as a matter of law.
I think the Conseco rule applies to Carlos The Clown.
Carlos has successfully inserted himself into the Nolan Wells fiasco and will play that situation for all it's worth. It's perfect for him because it coincides with his efforts to paint himself as a victim of Mississippi racism "like Nolan Wells". Give him credit the first rule of the grifter is to never give up the grift. Fight for it. Carlos knows his suckers and they will vote for him. Are they enough? We shall see.
Drama queen.
You know what you can’t be sued for? Satire. We can mock the clown and joke about him and make memes of him without any fear of lawsuits. First Amendment protections are good with plenty of precedents.
Jackassery and we know Carlos loves the donkey brand.
85% reporting and the Clown is in dead last in the GA-13 special congressional election.
He already FAFO. He’s a victim everytime he wakes up. F you, you clown.
99% of the vote is in and Carlos got 3%. So I guess the people of Atlanta aren’t that gullible after all.
He garnered a whopping 3.1 % of the vote in the Georgia Congressional election held today. He will probably be demanding a recount!
All over for the Clown. Polls 3.1%.
"It's impossible to defame the infamous."
