Politics works best when you realize the other side wants us dead and to take all of our money. That is the simple truth. The left hates the right and hates America and they want us to go away or die so they can have all the power. You can see this on a small scale in Jackson. They will use whatever tactics necessary to run us off and if we end up dead in the process then so be it. They do not care and they are not our sweet little “neighbors”.
The right is the same way.
Yeah right....after Charlie Kirk was assassinated....how many riots took place? NONE. We are not the same.
The Left uses the threat of violence to get their way, and it works....if the milquetoast Right hasn't got the balls to fight back harder - which is where we are as a nation, and sliding toward Communism.

Amen 3:14. I used to consider myself a Republican but the way they just lay down and take the ass kicking from the Left is revolting. They are complicit in our doomed society. It is embarrassing how little we fight back. But the Right clearly benefits from the mayhem too.

If you still believe there is political hope in this country, you are either 12 years old or demented. Every serious person has the same idea: get F-you money, buy land far away from the murderous thugs, and love on your family. That idea in itself is political, but in order to change, for example, the city of Jackson, someone would have to be called a racist, fascist, bigot, and the "Christians" would say you aren't one. We need a Lee Kuan Yew, and a lot of them.
As far as “left” vs “right” if you gave each 10 important issues that concern you, each would agree on at least 7. The extreme always get’s the news.
@2:00, so true. So much so that the Republican response to anything is a forlorn “Can we please just slow down this hand cart to hell?” And to people like me, their retort is to ask whether I’d rather have the other side in power. I don’t. Instead, I want them both gone.
By their actions, I get to know too much about actual neighbors and hence avoid them and shun or warn them if they get too inquisitive.
The problem seems to be the political parties. Maybe we could take our country back if we got rid of political parties. Every politician had to run on their own beliefs and policies. Term limits might slow down the theft by politicians. Quit giving politicians a different set of laws than the citizens have to live by.
We have given the politicians too much power. We need to send more of them to jail for the crimes they commit. Until we do something about political parties and crooked politicians we will keep sliding backwards.
