The best boots in America are on sale. You read that correctly. White's Boots is holding a big sale. Need a new pair of work boots or safety boots? Do you ride motorcycles? Do you fight fires? Are you a lineman? Retire the Wolverines and get a pair of these boots. The style is Pacific Northwest. White's boots are not cheap but this is case of you literally get what you pay for.
How well made are they? Watch this guy cut them apart and dissect them.

Whites are SO HEAVY. I am a Russell Moccasin man, pre trust fund kids buying it.
I should have gotten an old pair of tall, black, tie-up leather granny boots my Grandmother died with in her closet 60 years ago, after wearing them in the garden and walking to Mass in them each day, under long calico dresses from about 1910 to 1960. Sold at a Lady's habberdashery in South Texas. How long does it take to put Whites' tall laced up boots on, lace and tie them? Then how many hours in a day can your dogs (feet) tolerate the pain and unvented heat in the South?
I’m nearly 50 years old and I’ve never worked a day in my life since I left college. Crocs and socks 4lyfe.
#1. Overpriced.
#2. On sale, still overpriced.
#3. No store to buy them in without driving 2300 miles one-way.
1:46pm:
I'll bite: why do you drive 2300 miles one way for boots? They were "to die for"?
Some extravagant gentlemen (like KF?) have casts made of their feet and send off to a shoe maker to ensure they get a good fit from mail (or internet) ordered footwear. In fact, there is a Western boot maker in Amarillo TX who will send you 2 soft casting media in rectangles to press your bare feet into, remove and let harden, then return mail to them for a hand made bespoke fit.
I see some boomers are out in forest today. Since you missed it, there is this wonderful invention called the internet. It allows you to do things like order items on your computer. Most of these shoe manufacturers have websites and what you do is you go onto their websites and you order your shoes. It's it's really that simple. You should try it sometime
KF, I can't figure out how to get my laptop to fit these boots to my feet.
NOT overpriced. If you are on a fire line for two weeks and absolutely positively can’t afford a boot failure, you want White’s.
KF must be desperate for money.
to the fish, shortly ago you were pitching russell boots. why the sudden change?
@1:46 Funny thing is that the White's website says that Forestry Suppliers (205 W Rankin St, Jackson, MS 39201) is a dealer. That's a little less than 2300 miles away.
Very few are 40% off most are only 20% off. Over priced
KF for such an impresario of couture footwear, you are remarkably absent best practices for obtaining a magically comfortable bespoke boot fit. It depends on careful in person foot measurements by a boot maker, or an extremely lucky stab at sizes in a chart, or a cast of both feet delivered to the craftsman. Would you buy a pricey suit without having a tailor fit it to you? If the $600 boots are 2300 miles away in Washington state, or 450 miles away in Amarillo, the foot cast method is a guarantee for accuracy that protects the buyer and the maker.
"That's a little less than 2300 miles away."
Not if that poster is, er, non-domestic.
Bro, these are logging boots. Pacific Northwest logging boots. Who is wearing these? lol
9:56, the Mississippi Forestry Commission has firefighters that fight wildfires all over the United States, as does the U.S. Forest Service in Jackson. Both of those agencies also have employees here who simply spend a lot of time in the woods, like foresters. The Bureau of Land Management (the original BLM) has a hotshot crew (highly trained wildland firefighters) based out of Rankin County. So, yes, people around here wear White’s.
Yeah KF, I order almost everything I buy these days from the internet. But boots, well, more often than not they don't fit unless it's a second pair identical to a pair I already have that fits. I recently bought a pair of heavy duty high end name brand work boots. The store had a fancy laser measuring thingy that apparently poorly replaced the slide rule measuring thingy. It even emailed me the size map results. The laser thingy was wrong by over one full size. You just have to try them on. Further, Forestry Suppliers (not the store I bought from) only shows a grand total of (5) White's boots, and none of them are a wide or with steel toes, which is only the beginning of the list of reasons I can't use those.
I’m a Walmart boot man myself
Forestry contractor. Top quality boots are a must. Thorogood works for me. American made, $300, once every year or two.
Ugly shoes for an ugly idiot!
Who wears work boots in Jackson?
Karens on parade today. If you don't want these boots, don't buy them. I have no need for these boots but others times KF has posted info on sales I checked them out and I was glad I did.
Keep such info coming KF.
In fact, I would welcome a weekly sales notice in place of Bill Crawford's inane dribbles.
Krusatyr: Whatever. Bespokes are usually $1,500 or more as you well know.
One guy bragged about his boots but then admitted he had to replace them every year or two. Exactly. Better to spend the money for something better made that will last much longer. Nick's are a good brand as well.
Just peruse the Rose Anvil channel on Youtube. He literally saws boots in half and analyzes them. Shows how good or bad the construction is, what type of materials are used, and other useful info. I should show his video on Alden Indys. He ripped it to pieces in his criticism.
In case none of you clowns noticed, White's sells biker boots as well as steel toed which is required in some fields.
Back in the late 60's, when I was humping poles, a pair of Redwing hightop lineman boots cost about two weeks pay. Comparatively speaking, that $750 for those Whites appear a bargain.
You insult your readers and those who engage for having their own opinions, then post about us supporting you…bad biz model, dude.
