An accused child molester won't be going anywhere for awhile after a Jackson Municipal Court judge set his bond at $16 million.
JPD arrested Stephen Dickens and charged him with eight counts of sexual battery of a minor and gratification of lust after he allegedly molested two young family members. The detective testified he raped them in every way possible. He raped his own daughter for over two years.
Judge Jeff Reynolds set Dickens' bond at $2 million per count.

Maybe this municipal judge should run for circuit judge when their terms are up. The Hinds county circuit judges on the bench now are a disgrace to the robes they wear. Every one of them.
One of the retarded circuit court judges (gibbs, wooten, etc.) will probably knock it down to $50,000.
