A federal grand jury indicted Hinds County District Attorney Jody Owens, Mayor Lumumba, and City Councilman Aaron Banks on public corruption charges in 2024. Former Councilwoman Angelique Lee and insurance mogul Marve Smith pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit bribery in 2024 as well.Owens filed a motion to dismiss with a supporting memorandum and 47 exhibits Monday in U.S. District Court. The Justice Department almost immediately asked U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan, III to seal the filing the same day, claiming it violated a protective order.
Judge Jordan granted the request and sealed the filings the next day but not before most of the local media downloaded the motion and the supporting exhibits.
Posted below is an FBI report of information received from confidential informants. Keep in mind the information is unverified and unconfirmed. Tonarri Moore is probably one of the informants since he was a known informant for the Fibbers. He is serving four years in federal prison for being a felon with a firearm. Polo Edwards was another FBI informant although it is not known if he was the source for some of this information. The point is take the report with a grain of salt as it includes testimony from people who themselves were up to no good and might have been trying to score points with the feds by any means possible.

El Presidente Sheinbaum of Mexico serves the cartel so why wouldnt Jody Owens DA or Hinds county be scared of them?
for the news followers, all Mexicans all know Sheinbaum was installed by the cartels and the she had to publicly anounce that Trump promissed her personally that she would not be arrested in a midnight raid and also that there would be no Trump air strikes against the cartels. Her first priorty is to protect the cartels because she wasnt elected by the Mexian people she was literally elected because the cartels are her tribe’s business
Francis Springer filed a motion to disqualify the DA's office a year ago. Judge Kidd is still sitting on it. And WTF is with the public defender's office NOT filing the same motion in all of their cases? There's a bill in the legislature that would allow the Governor to remove the DA in this situation. HB 1399.
