Undefeated

Things aren't looking too good for the Rankin County Tax Assessor.   The Attorney General charged John Sullivan with rape in April after Byram police arrested him for a DUI in March. However, WLBT obtained the police report and video of his DUI arrest and found he was um, counseling several young women when police pulled him over.   He later discussed baptizing them earlier that evening. WLBT reported:

Byram police stopped Sullivan just after 2 a.m. on March 26, after dash camera video shows he was speeding and swerving out of his lane.

Initially, Sullivan told Officer Billy Cameron that he had “four Tito’s and vodka,” then later said he had three vodka and Red Bulls.

Officer Shawn Walters goes to check on the other people inside the Ford F-150 they stopped.

Body camera footage shows a young woman in the front passenger seat.

Shawn Walters: “How old are you?”

Nobody says a word.

Walters: “How old are you? Like for real, how old are y’all?”

Officer Walters then turns his focus to Sullivan, the driver.

Sullivan doesn’t know their ages either.

In fact, he doesn’t even know them all....

Surveillance video taken during Sullivan’s booking showed just how chatty he was, a few hours before he would be accused of rape.

“There’s some good-looking [expletive] whores back there,” Sullivan said, referencing the people in his truck.

More than once, Sullivan made reference to having sex in a hot tub.

“Four of them [expletive] going in the hot tub,” Sullivan said.

Check out the rest of the story on WLBT's website as well as the video.

What a joke.
As stated by others in prior posts, Mississippi is worse that Louisiana.

Every damn elected official we have is hot garbage.

I am guessing that there will be a shitload of comments from boring losers who don't know how to have a good time. None of the girls were children under 18.

Also, we would never have heard about this if he had just stayed in the RCSO's territory. But Hinds County has all the best places to go, far away from the eyes of the Jesus Freaks.

John Sullivan behaved like a vulgar, disgusting, sick man. This took four months to become public - have many other misdeeds by elected officials in Mississippi never come to light?

Nexus and proximity.

This time he got caught, but how many times did he not get caught with his pants down? Too big to fail? The Byram Police chief shows integrity in the interview.

Definitely not his finest moment. He was drunk and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. I’ll wait for the “rest of the story” before Im convinced there was rape involved.

Times have changed. Without dash-cams and body-cams and all the rest the good ol' boys could still do the stuff they did for over a hundred years and nobody would know the difference. Many of our elected officials still haven't got the message. It takes time.

52 year old fat body public official, driving at .19 with teenagers, who he's made sure are drunk underage. Let go ROR. Then, he allegedly rapes one.

I give credit to RCSO for punting to AGO. But, how does Byram let someone go like this, blitzed to the gills? After he brags he's a "professional drunk."

Our RINO/LiberaLtarian government continues to lower the bar on substance abuse.

If he'd had hit a car and killed the four girls and an innocent guy or couple, would we be this soft on DUI? Are our cops corrupted to ignore this level of DUI and let the guy go home with these girls? WTH.

Is he up for mid-term election?
Kick his arrogant ass out!

Prisons are full of men who encountered liquor and underage women during a brief period of drunken debauchery. Sadly they had no moral base to pullthen through.

Hell will have a fair number of similar men present and accounted for.

It didn't take 4 months for this to become public, they had a story on it as soon as it happened. I don't care for this dude personally, but I don't believe he raped anybody. I will believe it if the evidence supports it, but right now as always in our legal system, innocent until proven guilty.

11:00 am They didn't "let him go home with those girls." They impounded his car and had someone pick him up

@11:14 AM - you obviously didn't watch the full video, as he is not running for re-election.

@11:23 AM - that should be "...you WOULDN'T see..."

I thought if you were stopped and found dui you went to jail, not home.

Anonymous said...

I'm guessing the rape charge will be considered "Assessory after the fact" to the DUI?

@11:00 am
It’s not about public safety, it’s about revenue. Pay a little extra and your free! If these courts and cities were about public safety he would not have walked out of jail that night.

Thank you, Richard, for pick my garbage. Hope you will get paid for services.

Thank you, Byram PD. You guys do an excellent job, and we local residents appreciate you.

What is clear is that some of the kids who were with John Sullivan at the time of the DUI arrest ended up in John's hot tub a short time later. So, one wonders how they got to John's house if John's truck was impounded? Could it be that whoever retrieved Sullivan's drunken ass also picked up John's harem and delivered them to the scene of the hot tub crime? If so, who was that person?

He's not Hunter Biden. He can't call daddy and have the letter agencies get him out of this one. He'll have to pay for his crimes like the rest of us mortals.

I'm glad the nice policeman agreed not to release any info to the public. It's hard on any man after being accused of being a rapist.

Anonymous said...

Buncha dumbasses posting. These were NOT kids. None was 'under age'. None was younger than the age of consent. Nobody was raped.

The man is guilty of two things:

1) DUI

2) Running his mouth

Anonymous said...

6:13, yes, they WERE underage, for alcohol. That's the entire gist of the bodycam conversation. It was corroborated later by ABC Agents. Wake up.

And exactly how do you determine "nobody was raped?" Because someone older than 16 cannot be raped? That is idiotic. Do you mean, instead, mistakenly, statutory rape? WTH.

Anonymous said...

@6:13 AM - John Sullivan, thanks for checking in.

Anonymous said...

After watching the video there are two things that are no doubt facts:
1. He was definitely “Driving under the influence”.
2. Like most folks, he doesn’t have sense enough to keep his mouth shut when he is intoxicated.

Other things we learned from the video :
1. None of the girls was under 18, ( The age of consent in Mississippi)! They can’t drink but the can do whatever else legally!
2. John didn’t give the girls the liquor. (The bartender got arrested for serving it to them according to Byram PD.).
3. Obviously the girls were not forced to go home with John..
4. The rape charge didn’t happen until sometime days later than the hot tub party.
5. A DUI first offense charge will not get him removed from office.

Observation:
IT Isn’t RAPE if you help him!!!

Don't worry about John. The Good OL Boys of Rankin county will protect him. He's a member of the political group.

@9:09 AM
-Age of consent in MS is 16.
-Bartender was arrested pursuant to a subsequent sting, not for serving these minors.
-We don't know if he did or did not give them liquor outside of the bar, but if he paid for the drinks, he did give them liquor.
-We don't know if any force or coercion was used.
-Try to keep up.

I'da got away with it if it wasn't for that meddling Corps of Engineers killing the 2 lakes project and a revival of the Gold Coast!

8:30 - How about YOU wake up. He's not charged with providing liquor to those too young to possess or drink it. It's not illegal to drive drunk girls around or home or wherever. There's no evidence of rape - keep up. Merely claiming 'I was raped' after you get caught with your panties hanging from one ankle does not a viable charge make. WTH indeed.

He also said, on body-cam, that he didn't know their age. Since when is it illegal to not know someone's age? What had he done illegal that might indicate he should know their age? Nothing.

He will be saddled with a DUI and will lose his job. Whatever else you're salivating for is evidence of your own issues. Bring it up in Sunday School this morning.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
