Chancellor Sheila Smallwood threw Ferraez in jail after he failed to deposit $195,168 in settlement funds from a wrongful death lawsuit with the Court as directed.Judge Smallwood released the attorney ten days later and placed him under house arrest. He has to pay $195,168 to the Court within thirty days or else the Judge will hold a hearing to discuss his residency status.
