The sentencing of Rudy Warnock will not take place in November as originally scheduled. U.S. District Judge Kristi Johnson made the following entries in the docket of U.S.A. v. Warnock et al.
Set/Reset Hearings as to Rudolph M. Warnock, Jr: Sentencing set for 12/10/2025 09:00 AM in Courtroom 4B (Jackson) Johnson before District Judge Kristi H. Johnson
resetting sentencing hearings as to Rudolph M. Warnock, Jr., Cleveland Anderson, Andrew Grant, and Eric Gilkey. The Court ordered a presentence mental health evaluation of Defendant Rudolph M. Warnock, Jr. Because the Bureau of Prisons will not complete Defendant Warnock's evaluation until late October, the Court is resetting the sentencing hearing to allow the U.S. Probation Office sufficient time to receive and review the BOP report and interview Defendant Warnock. The Court will reset the co-defendants' sentencing hearings for after Defendant Warnock's hearing.
The sentencing of the other defendants will take place on December 10 and 11.
Cleve Anderson also filed a notice of appeal for his bribery conviction.

Your honor, I tender to the court a motion to fix, errr, delay justice.
I imagine a prison sentence does affect your mental health. However it was ok when he was doing his crimes. Something tells me he will find his Lord and Savior Jesus on the inside also, just like the rest of them...
I just wish I could party with Rudy one last time before he gets sent to the federal pound
I have so much trouble understanding why these processes take so fucking long. Why? Give me one good reason. Months and years, I mean, someone explain this to me.
As a charter member of the Madison County Mafia Rudy is entitled to any accomodation that he requests.
to 1:17.........if its fast food justice you want , go to a mcdonald's in red china.
Will I still get my Saints tickets?
@1:17 The reason is supposed to be because of due process, I am content to make sure nobody is railroaded, but when found guilty, they need to make their appeals from behind bars...
Rudy has a lot of growing up to do….he brought it all on himself but it’s still sad for his family who are also victims
Wonder how many continuances he'll get this time?
As far as I’ve read on this site, he’s still in jail.
