Such a good dude. Such a tragic loss for the law enforcement community. You never know what someone is going through. He leaves behind a lot of people that would have dropped what they were doing to help him had they known. I only had the pleasure of letting him a few times, but know many people who knew him well. He will be missed immensely.
He was one of the good guys. I had the privilege of working side by side with him for many years going back to the late 90’s. He was extremely smart and loyal to a fault. He was a sheepdog, IYKYK. He’d give you his last dollar if you needed it. This world is truly a darker place with him gone. I have no doubt that he’s with our savior, Jesus Christ. Chris you are so loved man. See you in eternity buddy!!!
Brother
The loss of Chris hurts my heart. While imperfect like all of us, Chris cared about what he did and why he was doing it. True old fashioned law enforcement: tough, caring, cooperative and professional. Phenomenal dog trainer and handler, too! Chris, I’m saw you not too long ago and cannot believe it’s the last time. Praying for his soul and for his family.
Thank you for your service. Rest in peace.
How sad. Chris was a really good guy.
Didn't know him personally but the outpouring of love from the people in his life is very telling of a good man.
Rest in peace sir.
Picou was one of the greatest law enforcement officers of his generation. He was greatly loved and will be missed.
9:36, uncool post to imply what you are implying. Let the press release stand on its own.
Good man, gone too soon.

I agree. Knew someone on Facebook that couldn't wait to post about tragic events before families even announced it.
You mean, sorta like Kingfish jumped to get this one reported as soon as his informant tipped him off? I thought that was what you meant.
Having read all the above posts, seems to me this one could have gone without posting, period.
Creating a rumor mill ain't cool.
Go troll somewhere else. I posted a Madison Police Press Release AS DID THE REST OF THE MEDIA. Why don't you call up WLBT or WAPT and bitch about them reporting the same news?
