The hate is so strong with these two, it's a wonder they didn't kill each other during the show. Fortunately, tension can make for some great music and in this case, it probably produced the best live version of this song. Enjoy.
Oh, the guitar solo at the end blows away the studio version.

Damned great taste KF!!!
I wouldn’t call it hate. IMO, hurt and pain best describes their tensions - that did produce not only the best live version of this song, but some of the absolute best music ever.
If you want to see what can arguably be described as the single best live performance of a song ever (ending is incredible), watch their Sisters of the Moon performance…on the same exact night (link below).

frickin awesome
Damn, that is an awesome version!! Nothing like a live performance by artists with talent - the other emotions are the incredible icing. Thanks for posting.
Love, hate, love, hate, it depends on the year and the concert. Buckingham was finally fired from the group in April 2018, but no one can really replace him. Stupid move. Huge egos and multiple prior love triangles.
Huge talent also!
John McVie is the smart one. He just quietly works magic on his guitar in the background, while smiling all the way to the bank. Maybe the same for Mick Fleetwood on his drums.
Sex, drugs, and rock & roll.
My vote is on Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd as the best ever.
They may have had love triangles, squares, loved or hated one another, but damn they made some good music.
I can not add anything to the above comments as they are great.
This video was posted to YouTube 10 years ago and has fewer than 1500 views, a total of 22 upvotes, and zero comments. Very strange.
There is another one that has 3 million views that was posted in 2009 but Youtube took it down.
Dang son!
Damn, son. At least post the best live version of The Chain when you start a thread about it.
