There is apparently a reckless driver frequenting the Northside. These accounts appeared on social media:
Wreckless driver on Old Canton Road. Wreckless driver on Old Canton Road. Does anyone recognize this car that almost killed me pulling out of my street on to old canton road in front of St Andrew’s Lower school? Old canton is not for drag racing or insane drivers going at least 60 mph in a school zone. They also swerved into oncoming traffic in front of the Cedars only to run the red light taking a right to run the frontage road red light as well. I pulled up over the I-55 bridge to snap this as they had to stop at that red light. I’m tired of people thinking Old Canton is an Interstate. They proceeded to take a left on frontage road and another right onto Northside drive.
That’s the same car that almost ran me off the road Friday night!!
What is the car in question?
Well, when you make $390K, perhaps you do own the road.

Must be a Madison Durham school bus driver. They speed like that all the time.
It's an Audi with what appears to be "25" in the upper right corner, which would be Hinds County. Let's see, an Audi with Hinds County plates...
Now y'all know these silly rules of the road don't apply to them. Please!!!
This person almost killed me yesterday flying down Old Canton road and swerving into oncoming traffic!
This car also swerved around me nearly side swiping me and then illegally took a right turn to speed up to a red light. Real brainiac!
It wouldn't be hard to figure out who the car belongs to.
Can we get a better tip than the $390K?
That area has an elementary school nearby as well as newly created walking and biking paths. EVERYONE needs to slow down. Life is too precious to plow over a child, biker or walker.
Mississippi Children's Museum specialty plate.
Move Bi*^h, get out the way
Well I mean you clearly have their license plate so you could report them to JPD for whatever that's worth.
Life means nothing to the pretentious. Look at the Irbys.
The only effective punishment for these folks would be to make them drive a 1995 Dodge Caravan and wear Goodwill for a year. They'd kill themselves before they'd do that.
But, Audi does seem to be the new nouveau riche status car for the millenials. So many in NEJ and especially Bricktown.

I don't get it.
I believe that's a specialty tag for the Children's Museum. Here is the link to all the specialty tags. https://www.dor.ms.gov/TagsTitles/Pages/License-Plates.aspx
Gail Earnhardt Jr. has Childrens Hospital tag, not a Children’s Museum tag.
You guys are terrible amateur sleuths. I can see maybe if the guy is driving fast enough to make a sonic boom, that you might not recognize. But not when you have all the clues right in front of you.
The very idea of someone driving so irresponsibly near an elementary school with a Children’s Museum car tag. The museum should yank that tag off his car.
At least he is not violating the LOHO 25 mph zones- Driver knows better than mess with LOHO
You’re Audi 5000 my friend.
A car like that almost ran me off road on Lakeland. They pulled in same convenience store as I was going to and some very young girls that looked like they had Prep uniforms got out. I can’t say for sure if it was same car but I wouldn’t be surprised. Very easy to find out.
why wouldnt one support THEE hand that feeds with their specialty tag?
A "wreckless" driver, huh? What's all the fuss about? Seems to me to be a safe driver! No wrecks!
Not sure if it's the case in Mississippi but in many states a license plate with just 3 numbers or less (the case here) is a status symbol- it means you are politically connected and can carry a steep price.
Often times these tags are bequeathed to relatives and fought over in court by descendants.
Some say those with low number license plates are less likely to get pulled over because cops assume they are connected.

Have you considered that his passing you is a polite way of saying "move your ass, Karen?"
'Almost killed me'. What the hell does that even mean?
There are crazy drivers everywhere. I just let them have the road. Most likely they'll wreck or get a ticket. If you get behind me and tailgate me and expect me to speed up you out of luck. I'm not paying for your speeding ticket.
I know who the driver is. $50 and I will tell (embarrass).
Guess he was HOPEful he wouldn’t get caught.
@4:22 stay your ass out of left lane
What’s next out of this Audi ?? Will they block
I 55 and do donuts while the crowd twerks ?
I made the original post on Nextdoor. Somehow someone deleted my entire post and the comments. How can nextdoor be censored like that? It’s not Twitter and his name/owners name was not published. Absolutely ridiculous!
AMEN @ 7:23 PM !
NextDoor can be "censored" exactly the same way Jackson Jambalaya can. Whoever has control of the controls, controls the content. Don't like it? You have two choices: Either don't break the rules of the website, or stay off the website altogether.
@10:34 It might be because you showed the tag number. I had the same thing happen to a similar post and was told that somewhere in the annals of Nextdoor rules, you can't show the tag number.

Anybody figure out this clue yet?
Highest School Official?
I don't think so. SPB list that salary at $307,125.00 which is ridiculous for where Mississippi ranks in education.
He’s dining at Sakura Bana tonight, sources say. Hope my source can make it out of the parking lot without getting run over.
