It’s
not about democracy. It’s about hate. As a public celebrity Donald J.
Trump was ridiculed even before he rode the escalator to announce his
candidacy for president in 2015. No one believed Americans would elect
him president. Hillary Clinton’s campaign was a sure thing. She was next
in line and the political establishment backed her fully.
When Trump began to grow more plausible as a winner, Clinton’s campaign began to panic. What else could they add to their arsenal to discredit Trump? Someone within Clinton’s campaign came up with a plan to link Trump to a scandalous “dossier” compiled by a former British spy detailing Trump’s “escapades” in Russia. After years of investigations proved no connection between Trump and the dossier, special counsel John Durham released his final report in May, 2023, putting all the accusations and allegations to rest. Trump - Russia was a complete hoax as Trump had said many times.
Throughout his first four years in office, President Trump took flak everyday from the political establishment. Media competed to report the latest allegations first. The House under Nancy Pelosi’s leadership impeached Trump twice, though the Senate failed to convict him.
At some point during those years the media games and establishment politics transitioned to pure hate. No more games. The establishment declared war on President Trump. The media and other critics refused to acknowledge any positive news about Trump’s accomplishments and focused almost entirely on criticisms from his detractors including more false allegations about something he did or said.
As the 2020 race for president heated up the establishment pushed the media to mischaracterize President Trump as a comical and inept leader. Simultaneously, COVID-19 was blamed for states changing their own voting rules to favor Democrats. Voting irregularities were noted particularly in so-called Blue states and swing states. The race was close, but Joe Biden collected more popular votes and electoral college votes than Trump.
Next, Americans witnessed the January 6th debacle and a host of new allegations against former president Trump followed. On any given day, Trump had more news coverage than Biden.
In the spring of 2024, former president Trump was slapped with indictments in four different venues, including two cases brought by county prosecutors. All cases were timed to interfere with the usual Trump campaign events and activities. It’s not about politics. It’s about hate.
Democrats and the establishment were managing Biden relatively well until he bumbled through the June 27 debate. Then the Biden half of America were “shocked!” The Trump half of America have seen Biden’s challenges from the beginning. The Left totally freaked out over Biden’s “poor performance.”
When I watched the assassination attempt live on FOX News, I wasn’t surprised and I immediately began praying for Mr. Trump and others at the rally. We now know the shooter killed one and critically injured two others who attended the rally. According to authorities, Corey Comperatore, a firefighter from Sarver, Penssylvania, and father of two daughters was killed. The shooter was also killed.
What
happened and why? The shooter was a 20-year old local man. At this time
no one knows much about him including a motive. It’s not about Trump’s
policies or successes in his first term. Those who oppose Trump and his
supporters hate him and hate them.

D.L. is correct in his analysis. However, the fact remains that President Trump is a narcissistic, unrepentant, lying reprobate who wants to rule as an autocrat. He provides his enemies plenty of ammunition to attack him.
And as President, 3:33, had our country's trajectory headed in the right direction in damn near every facet. You just hate.
C'mon Gardner if you want to be taken seriously by anybody but the most strident MAGA zealots at least make a small effort to present both sides of the Trump regime. We will vote for him but he's obviously a self-centered jerk who will probably denounce and fire everybody who does not bow to his narcisist will. It goes to show how repugnant the other side must be.

4:27 PM, some people complain about Trump but seem to forget or not know the truth about Biden. Remember Trump's and Boden's first debate? Biden stated he or no one in his family had taken any money from China. He also said the laptop of Hunters was a Russian fake. We now know that both of those were lies. At least Trump has not sold out our country for cash given to his crack head son along with 10% for the big guy.
Jesus didn't hang out with the pharisees, elitists, and judgemental types. He spent his time with the sinners, sick, and yes - reprobates. Those that needed and were worthy of being saved. Time to forgive Trump for whatever it is that he did to offend you, and move on.

Because friend, unless you're crazy, blind, stupid, or haven't seen the video, you would have known by now that GOD gave grace to the very man that wasn't good enough for you. That same GOD, that's going to judge you, and him.
Trump is probably everything you said, and more. Yet, GOD preserved his life for all the world to see. I don't know you, neither do I know if you are a blood bought believer in Jesus Christ. You should be rejoicing for Trump, but you can't, for you have something against him.
What happened on 7/13/2024 for Donald Trump, or should I say what didn't happen, was something that rarely happens today, GOD intervening for a man. Friend, Trump should have been a dead man. What GOD has spared, you are condemning.

Several presidents were seated with less than 40% and a few with less than 50%.
Lincoln and Woodrow Wilson - Less than 40%
John Q. Adams - 31%
Clinton - 43%
Buchanan - 45%
Nixon - 43%
Cleveland - 46%
Oh....Trump - 46.2%
You probably don't know this, but the popular vote doesn't determine presidential elections. You can expect Trump to garner 53% in November.
