It appears an attorney got a case of sticky fingers down in Perry County.
Perry County jail records indicate the wayward (allegedly) is not in custody. Mike Brown, Vann Leonard.......

This is as bad as it gets. And it gives the rest of us in this line of work a bad name. For shame.

@ 11:04 - a good start.
Isn't he an associate with Dewey, Cheatham, Chowke, and Howe?
That A-hole needs to remain incarcerated even AFTER he remits the funds. What a POS.
Is he related to "The Clown" and Chowke?
2018 found guilty for voting outside his district
Dang, google both him and his twin been in a lot of shigity!
Has he been picked up yet ?
Bingo, 12:47! Do you know why scientists have started using lawyers for their experiments instead of rats?
1. Because the scientists become less attached to the lawyers 2. There are some things that even rats won't do.
He ain’t never gonna make that much cash…..done
Did not know you still practiced
To help those that can’t always help themselves is the bedrock with which Cory began his law career and the foundation on which he defends his clients. Is his motto on his website.
down in Hell, there's one REALLY hot corner. It's WAAYYYY hotter than the rest of Hell. That's where they throw all of the lawyers and car salesmen
I agree, and not only does he need to be disbarred, but he needs to do some serious prison time. I’m also a longtime practicing lawyer
I guess he won't be doing appraisals at the Mississippi Antiques Showcase/Roadshow anymore. He appraised some of my antiques several years ago on the show. I also think he and/or his twin brother have a medical marijuana dispensary.

99% of lawyers give the other 1% a bad name.
Professional organizations, like the The Mississippi Bar, are charged with (among other things) protecting the public from unscrupulous service providers. Despite Mr. Ferraez 2018 conviction, the The Mississippi Bar still has him listed as "Active". It's almost like - no, it's Exactly like - the Bar association has no interest in policing its members. Instead, they appear to be just a barrier to practice for anyone that doesn't want to pay their annual fee. I've even heard of members remaining active as they pay their annual dues from prison - where they are serving a sentence for fleecing their clients or other malpractice.
Note to the Mississippi Bar: If you want to be considered a credible organization, DO YOUR F@#$% JOB! Sanction and remove your bad members AND publish their names to protect the public. I recommend taking your cues from the Board of Professional Engineers and Surveyors, or even the Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. Were you to do this, maybe, just maybe, your members would get a little respect.
king fish, please do some follow up on this weasel. has he been picked up yet?
"I've even heard of members remaining active as they pay their annual dues from prison - where they are serving a sentence for fleecing their clients or other malpractice."
A felony conviction/guilty plea = automatically disbarred, so what you've heard is probably BS.
The Bar already published the names if disbarred attorneys, and of those publicly reprimanded, in its quarterly publication "Mississippi Lawyer."
The MS Bar is a joke.
