After getting her nose bloodied a little in court, Ivana Williams broke out the brass knuckles and started swinging last week. A former female friend accused Williams of sexually assaulting her at her Brandon home last year in a lawsuit. However, Williams charged in her response that the alleged victim was the aggressor and if anything, Williams is the victim.
Williams was a trooper at the Mississippi Highway Patrol for several years. MHP terminated her after it held a hearing last month. Williams appealed the decision. Earlier post.
The alleged victim filed a petition for a temporary restraining order in Rankin County Chancery Court on December 15, 2023. The case is assigned to Chancellor John McLaurin. The petition alleges Williams sexually assaulted her, videotaped the assault, and shared the video with fellow troopers.
The petition states Mildred (Name given to petitioner. JJ does not identify victims of sexual assault, alleged or real.) went to dinner with the trooper in November 2022. Mildred had several drinks and became “extremely intoxicated.” The two friends went back to the trooper’s home where she crashed.
The victim claimed she became aware a sexual encounter took place when she woke up in a state of complete undress the next morning. She could not recall what happened. The petition states she had no "real recollection" of what took place but did "have faint memories of a sexual encounter" between herself and the trooper.The petition alleges:
While questioning (trooper) about what happened the night before, it was revealed to xxxxx that (Trooper) had recorded the encounter with her phone without xxxxx's knowledge or consent.
7. xxxxx heard nothing else about the video until May 2023 when (Trooper) informed xxxxx that the wife of (Trooper's) boyfriend at the time had discovered the video on her husband's phone or in his email. During that conversation, (Trooper) informed xxxxx for the first time that (Trooper) had transmitted the video to her boyfriend. During that same conversation it was revealed by (Trooper) that at least one other individual also had possession of the video.
8. Over the next couple of months xxxxx learned that the video had actually been transmitted many times and many people either had possession of the video or had seen it. xxxxx has also learned that was and is still (Trooper) sharing the video.
9. xxxxx has filed complaints with the Mississippi Attorney General's office as well as local authorities, but as of the date of the filing of this Petition is unaware of the status of any investigations.
The petition asks the Chancellor to order the trooper to stop disseminating the video and to grant an expedited hearing on the petition.
Williams said no so fast, my former friend, as she responded to the petition last week. The ex-trooper said she and Mildred were not friends and Mildred only served on the board of a non-profit organization Williams founded, The Sipi Girls.
The Matriarch of the Sipi Girls provided a different account of what took place the night Mildred claimed she was sexually assaulted.
Williams said Mildred asked her to meet her for drinks at Shucker's Oyster Bar. Williams claimed she turned down the offer because she was a trooper and "was concerned about placing herself in an establishment for the sole purpose of consuming alcohol." The two women allegedly agreed to have dinner at Koestler Prime where two men met them.
The foursome left Koestler Prime and went to Tico's. After leaving Tico's, they went to the Belhaven home of one of the male dinner companions. Williams claims:
A short while later Mildred and Williams were taken to William's home by the two adult males, with Adult Male #1driving. Williams and Adult Male #2 were in the back seat, where Williams feigned sleeping to dissuade any communication with the other passengers in the car. It was at this time that Williams overheard Mildred say to Adult Male #1,"If anybody's gonna get some p... y tonight, it's gonna be me."....
When at the home of Williams, Mildred became the aggressor for a sexual encounter with Williams. Williams agreed to Mildred's approaches. the encounter ensued, Williams asked Mildred if she could video record their encounter using her phone and send the video to Adult Male #3. Mildred agreed both that the encounter could be recorded by cell phone and sen.t to Adult Male #3. At that point, Williams got up from her bed, retrieved her phone, and turned a lamp on for better video quality.
Alter their encounter, Mildred got up and put on her clothing and stayed for the entire night.
The next rooming, Mildred watched the video and the pair spent time together on Williams's couch until Williams had to leave for work.
Williams denied sending the video to any other troopers although she said she sent it to another man (Adult Male #3 in the response).
Mildred filed a complaint against Williams with the Mississippi Attorney General. Williams states she met with investigators and gave them her personal phone for forensic testing. "No evidence was found in support of the Plaintiff's claims," states Williams.
The petitioner filed another complaint against Williams with her employer. Williams claims Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindall asked her to turn over her work phone. Williams did so and states no evidence was found that supported Mildred's accusations.
"In sum, no investigation found that Williams violated any laws of the state of Mississippi," argues the former trooper. Williams argued that if Mildred was upset about the sexual encounter, she had a funny way of showing it:
After the encounter that is the subject of this filing the Plaintiff and Williams remained close friends, although they bad no further romantic encounters. Plaintiff Mildred continued to travel, communicate, take photographs, and spend time with Williams for months and months. (Sec Exhibit 6.) The Plaintiff and Williams spent Easter afternoon together with their respective children, and even traveled to Pensacola together. (Sec Exhibit 7.)Williams charges there is no basis for any cause of action against her and if anyone has suffered, it is Ivana Williams. She accused Mildred of filing false complaints that embarrassed Williams and caused the former trooper to "lose standing in the community." Williams claims she suffered financial damages from the whole ordeal.
Williams asked the Chancellor to dismiss the petition (p.14).
Attorneys Bobby Moak and Matt Eichelberger represent Williams. Attorney Michael Moore withdrew his representation of Mildred.
Chancellor McLaurin set a hearing for May 30.

I find it funny that Williams met with her attorney last week and then posted on Facebook about how she wants to be an attorney now. She has no clue what it involves or even where to start. Let her get a taste of that LSAT. That will most likely stop her little dream.

Yes! And this sort of thing seems to be such a recurring theme, in Rankin County news stories, it's become a "motif".
Momma warned us about tramps like her….its just that some fellas didn’t listen. Momma was ALWAYS right. There are bad men and bad women everywhere. You just need to have good judgement not to affiliate yourself with something like this.

New Orleans to Prague, I think, is around eighteen hundred, round-trip. You'll see lots and lots of tall blondes with amazing skin. I'm not sure where this Ivana is from, though (my Rankin County source, who knows Ivana from the gym, says she has a faint "not from around here" accent. But he says that about Eastover people, too, so who knows?). 'Ivana' was a rare name in Eastern Europe and Mitteleuropa, until Ivana Trump became a role model for ambitious girls.
9:13, she's from around here. She has never lived anywhere but rankin county. Her family all has a not super southern accent because the dad is from up north and the mom is a military brat. She talks with a more southern accent when she is around certain people and then switches it up when she's around men/people that can do something for her. Should be interesting, watching the lawsuit stuff especially after her new Facebook posts.

Yes, you apparently did. When she learned that the video not only existed but that it had been distributed widely, the only thing she could come up with was a plan to say she was a victim of being drugged and 'raped'.
It's one of those decisions you make when you feel suddenly trapped, exposed, caught and your face and neck get really hot and you're anxious and nervous and concoct something, no matter how outlandish, to get yourself off the hook. This is the point you 'missed'.

As a woman who caught Ivana and my husband, sexting each other, I feel so sorry for her children. I cannot imagine a mother who would willingly tear apart families. I say “families” because I know it wasn’t just my husband and my children she has destroyed.
Ivana, instead of all these crazy videos giving people life advice and offering to mow people’s grass in bikinis, you should likely take a break from social media to focus on your children and reinventing yourself. If you want to make content, it should be of you calling and apologizing to all the women you have chosen to betray. The sad thing is that she this to a friend of mine who is a female. Why she is trying to play victim, I will never understand besides the fact she is narcissistic as hell. My friend wants to come forward, but as you can imagine, she is scared to death.

I know it has to be difficult to have this happen and then someone lie and claim they're the victim. I too know Ivana well. And if I said how, she'd most definitely know who it is commenting. All I'll say is, I've known her long enough to know I don't doubt for a minute that your friend is telling the truth. Ivana has been fired for multiple sexual offenses (not assault), and has gotten into other exploits over the years and thinks it's funny. And literally says men do what she wants and she knows too many people to get in real trouble.
