The Mississippi State Department of Health issued the following statement.
The
Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) will begin scheduling COVID-19
vaccinations for children 5 to 11 years old after 7 p.m. today for appointments
beginning Monday, November 8.
Appointments
will be available at https://covidvaccine.umc.edu/ for all county health departments.
Appointments can also be made by calling the COVID-19 hotline at 866-498-4948
from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.
Vaccinations
for all Mississippians 5 and older can also be found from other providers
including healthcare providers, FQHC’s, independent and retail pharmacies.
“We are
pleased this has finally been approved, and we recommend that all children 5
and older in Mississippi be vaccinated against COVID-19,” said MSDH State
Epidemiologist Dr. Paul Byers. “If you have questions or concerns, we urge you to
please talk with your pediatrician or healthcare provider.”
The Mississippi
State Department of Health has ordered 51,000 doses of vaccine for this age
group, and they are arriving at county health departments and other healthcare
providers this week.
Children ages 5-11 years will be vaccinated with two 10-microgram doses of the Pfizer vaccine administered 21 days apart. The dosage is one-third of the adolescent and adult dose.

Anyone who injects their child with this should be arrested for child abuse. Your kid has zero chance of dying from covid. The long term effects of the vaccine are completely unknown.

But hey! Let’s assume arguendo these pediatric victims did all have an underlying condition. Examples of underlying conditions that can lead to worse Covid-19 outcomes in children include asthma, type 1 diabetes, and various congenital cardiac and circulatory anomalies.
You appear to suggest that the “regular” kids (your terminology) are the only kids worth keeping. How shall we explain this to the poor “irregular” children and their parents, grandparents and others who love them?
10:44, could you show us the link to where you got that data? Because I know a family that lost a healthy child to COVID and my healthy ten year old was hospitalized with COVID. I work in a hospital. Fewer than 1,000 children dying (purportedly) of COVID-19 in this country is statistically meaningless.
Check numbers of children dying every year by drowning, vehicle accidents, other illnesses, etc. Nobody wants children to die (I have 4), but COVID is an extremely unlikely way for children to die.
It is criminal to inject children with an experimental vaccine to supposedly help reduce the chances of adults catching a mostly innocuous virus. Adults are supposed to protect children, not the other way around.

How do you make sense of the conflicting data? Simple. First you have to understand that vaccines do not prevent a person from contracting the virus. Vaccines trick the immune system into thinking that a person is infected, and anti-bodies are produced. It is the immune system that protects you, not the vaccine. A vaccinated person can still contract a disease. If they have a healthy immune system, then it can fight off the disease. If they have a weak immune system, then no amount of vaccine will help.
That is what they saw in Singapore. From the article: "Fully vaccinated people made up about 30% of deaths over the last month, most older than 60 with underlying medical woes, in line with studies showing that vaccines offer less protection to the old and very ill."

@11:03 Another way to interpret the data out of Singapore is that while 85% of their population is vaccinated only 30% of the deaths were made up of those vaccinated. That means that 15% of their population made up 70% of the deaths further demonstrating vaccine efficacy.
To further emphasize the need for vaccinations vs. natural immunity, and part of why all natural immunity data is faulty, is that you must understand vaccines attempt to prevent those at risk of death from dying, not always an easy feat, while those who acquired natural immunity share one very important thing in common, they didn't die the first time.
As for vaccines for children once again we fall into the same issue of people only looking to deaths as an indicator. I don't know the data personally but I'd be curious how many suffer from post covid recovery issues, or long covid. This is something else a parent needs to take into account when determining the need for a vaccine.

I would guarantee that all of you at some point in your school career were lined up to receive a vaccine, be it polio, measles, etc. We all took these vaccines and eradicated the disease.

Two things:

The first sentence is true, but very incomplete insofar as conveying the complete picture. The second sentence is totally incorrect. While a "healthy immune system" will help "fight off" any infection, a vaccine increases the ability of the recipient's immune system to "fight off" the targeted pathogen.
2. Diseases caused by viruses like SARS-COV-2 or other pathogens, be it COVID-19 or another disease, are not binary-outcome events in that the affected person will either die or completely recover in X days/weeks. Similarly, natural immunity from being infected and "recovering" is not absolute insofar as a person who was once infected and is now "recovered" can never be infected again (and the same is largely true for vaccines, COVID-19 or otherwise). There are myriad factors that come into play. Someone who had COVID-19 in February and "recovered" could die from a reinfection in November (and yes, that is true of vaccinated people, too). The bottom line is that if you had COVID-19 (and actually KNOW it via testing, not just think or assume that you did) and think you are now safe forevermore, you are making a serious mistake and taking a foolish chance. That last bit comes as no surprise at all to many doctors.
Should it be illegal to be able to buy a multi-thousand calorie "sack o' crap" for lunch? Nope, but the fact that there is a market for such things makes it clear that many people regularly make very bad choices even when clear and irrefutable evidence essentially proves their choices are very bad. The difference is that damaging your health or killing yourself with that stuff is self-contained self-destruction. Viruses and other pathogens are the diametric opposite; while viruses are not sentient, the transmission is directly related to the conduct of potential hosts, i.e., everyone. That is among the primary reasons that vaccine mandates are enacted, enforced, and generally legal and Constitutional.

This isn't a man-made virus, but if it was, it would be an Edsel converted into a Pinto strapped to the roof of an Explorer outfitted with Firestones and driven by a teenager in a mall parking lot - dangerous if you stand in front of it and demand that it stop but easy to see coming and just get out of the way. This virus was, and still largely is, easily deactivated and its transmission easily prevented. It isn't that SARS-CoV-2 is a particularly dangerous virus, it is that a large number of people are, bluntly, foolish, ignorant, and stubborn.
As a viral "weapon," it would be akin to turning down a modern attack aircraft and its weaponry in favor of a biplane armed with a bolt-action single-shot .22 and a case of cartridges, and attacking a modern US Army Air Defense battalion. Sure, if every soldier stood out in a field in their underwear, quite a few would be shot or killed, but if they took the slightest action against the attack, the damage would be little or none. In other words, when the adversary can be easily defeated it is fully within the control of those attacked to act appropriately.
Children are never used as shields against adults unless you are a terrorist nation.
