D.L. Gardner: Law & Order Medicine

The Covid-19 pandemic has raised a lot of serious questions with very few scientific answers in spite of public admonitions to “follow the science.” One is not likely to find the science, much less follow it in corporate news sources. Unbeknownst to many of us, scientists are battling behind the scenes over some of the most basic suppositions media have reported as “science” or facts. What if these basic suppositions are neither science nor facts?

Few people know about, and media have not covered a lawsuit filed July 19, 2021, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama: America’s Frontline Doctors, et al., Plaintiffs, vs. Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, et al., Defendants.

The lawsuit begins by questioning the most fundamental fact that the vast majority of people have accepted as true, that is whether the Vaccine Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) are unlawful. Wow! This section of the lawsuit argues seven points in a spaghetti-like mix of medical and jurisprudential terms, the first of which is, “There is No Emergency.” How would you like to argue that in legal and medical terms?

The second point is even more hair-raising against the most commonly agreed upon “science” of the pandemic: “There is in Fact no Serious or Life-Threatening Disease or Condition.” Remember, these points were written by a consortium of doctors and lawyers following not only federal law, terminology and definitions, but also medical and scientific terminology and definitions.

The following are the remaining points, 3 - 7, under section A:

(3) “The Vaccines Do Not Diagnose, Treat or Prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19.”

(4) “The Known and Potential Risks of the Vaccines Outweigh their Known and Potential Benefits.”

(5) “There Are Adequate, Approved and Available Alternatives to the Vaccines.”

(6) “Healthcare Professionals and Vaccine Candidates are Not Adequately Informed.”

(7) “Monitoring and Reporting of Adverse Events.”

Please bear in mind that federal lawsuits like this one raise questions that are adjudicated in the federal courts, and are likely to be appealed regardless of initial outcomes. In other words, this ain’t no debate on Facebook.

Federal lawsuits don’t move nearly as predictably as court cases on TV, and this case is a slow mover for sure. To date, the court has acted or reacted 22 times regarding procedures. The next scheduled action is a telephone conference call Tuesday, September 21, so the judge and parties can discuss various issues. Judge Corey L. Maze has set two other dates, October 15 and November 5, for submissions from both sides.

What impact might this lawsuit have on how the federal government acts or reacts to other health related situations? Will there be any implications for other governing authorities like states and municipalities? Sadly, most of us would likely agree this whole thing has been politicized way too much, though we couldn’t agree in a hundred years who politicized it, who was right, or who was wrong.

Doctors and other health providers have normally been highly respected. Nevertheless, the politicization of Covid has sullied even some of the most revered medical professionals. Trust and respect are two of the most important character traits doctors and healthcare professionals need to practice medicine. Smart communities value their local healthcare professionals.

I'm still going to get my Booster & flu shot NO MATTER how the lawsuit turns out.

This is 8-10 batshit crazy MDs along with a handful of people with no medical education sharing a desire to get attention and get donations from the gullible. I have don't know personally what their goal(s) are, other than to raise money from non-doctors, but none of them - not a single member, N-O-N-E, are not "highly respected" by doctors and none "highly revered" in the medical or scientific community. In fact it is quite the opposite - respected and "revered" members of the medical profession, as well as those of us mere mortals who are just plain ol' doctors, have repeatedly expressed complete disagreement for this group's "ideas" as well as its attempts to portray itself as a medical organization. In short, they are far outside any reasonable medical opinions and are widely and publicly disdained.

From what I know, they are a handful of politically-motivated assholes trying to make money from a real health crisis. From a legal standpoint, these silly-assed filings are as DOA as the presidential election lawsuit nonsense of the last election cycle. These filings are nothing more than an attempt to separate the gullible from whatever money they are foolish enough to contribute. Even if you make the serious mistake of failing to get vaccinated, don't compound your stupidity by giving "organizations" like these money. No one is being forcibly vaccinated so there is no need to donate to anyone claiming to be defending against it.

Mississippi has its own version, founded by a doctor with repeated suspensions for drug addition and other issues. These assholes don't want to protect you, they want to take your money.

Wish I could have back the 60 seconds I just wasted reading that QPost from Starkville’s own Scoop Cunningham.

Well written and well researched. Bravo, DG

What if the ocean is neither water nor wet? What if human diseases were actually caused by invisible malevolent goblins? There’s no telling what all the “scientists” have been lying to us about. They told us we can’t end a sentence with a preposition and that was BULLSHIT.

Do you know what you call a person who graduates last in medical school?

Doctor

BRILLIANT! Truly, what we're hearing on TV, about the (supposedly) real-life "crisis", is (mostly) demonstrably as made-up (and implausible/invalid/fabulist-generated) as what you'd see on shows like 'Law & Order'.

Remember the episode, where somebody was selling real cadaver bones as a (somehow cheaper) substitute for plastic ones used as implants (and somehow nobody noticed)? ...and some dust from the bones got wafted to the ceiling, and then fell down in tiny bits, to be inhaled by some people, who then got cancer, because the bones had been from cancer patients?

That's a ridiculous premise, of course. But it's no more ridiculous than some of the "Science-based" Pandemic Theatre we've been expected to enact in our daily lives.

Yes...well...one can only hope that the lawyers that filed this lawsuit will have their license to practice law revoked just like Guiliani et.al.

Of course, it's Alabama where they have judges that wouldn't survive a psychiatric exam without being involuntarily committed.

It's the Computer Ninja Arizona result that gave Biden a few MORE votes not a hint to the "true believers" that they've been played? Their friends and relations who are anti-vax dying in disproportionate numbers doesn't work?

How about Mississippi ranking with Peru in highest deaths per 100000?

Being last in nearly every positive measure and first in negative measures from education to economic growth etc. isn't a hint either.

So sad...

Well, I finally wasted a few minutes and read a D L Gardner post on this site. And yes, I truly wasted those minutes.

But what trapped me into reading the entire post (you know, the click here to read.....) was that he was going to spew some rhetoric as fact, and started with a "WHAT IF......" premise.

Anytime someone starts a discussion of anything fact based, but begins with a "what if" scenario, you know it isn't going anywhere worth spending time with the discussion. And here, Gardner held true to that axiom.

Next question could be, what if these 'doctors and lawyers' who drafted this bullshit lawsuit actually had anything the base their arguments on, other than what Gardner proposes as "the most fundamental fact that the vast majority of people have accepted as true, that is whether the Vaccine Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) are unlawful. "

Please Mr. Gardner, tell us how this is a 'most fundamental fact' and on what basis can you claim, (other than your bullshit opinion) that a VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HAVE ACCEPTED AS TRUE.

Actually, I guess I'm glad I read this piece - it confirmed my previous opinions that these posts by Kingfish are just space fillers, and scrolling on by them is time well spent.

Not exactly, "Doctor." He or she has an MD so "doctor" isn't technically inaccurate but he or she better not open a practice and start accepting patients the next day. There is a lot of work ahead of that and every other med school grad (last, first, or somewhere in-between in every class) before they are _doctors_ in the strict (and legal) sense. Same thing with lawyers - a JD and bar card aren't the same thing. Actual doctors know all this.

I have no idea of the class rankings of any of the handful of doctors in this and similar political organizations claiming to be "medical associations" but I can tell you neither the organizations or the tiny handful of members in them are respected in the least within the overall medical profession. Look no further than Mississippi's version of this and John Witcher's record with the state board.

A pandemic of the unhealthy should not have turned into to what we have now ! I find myself rooting for BLM in New York right now ! WTF MAN. Seriously folks, is this some weird alternate universe where a group of wokies actually end this scamdemic by using "racist" as the reason ? Great gawd almighty. Fact: Covid 19 was engineered by loyalist of The Great Reset and to their credit didn't kill 100 million to do it ! The reality is that this thing is about to go away but the end result....the mission was a success. The 2022 elections no matter who wins what will not change this. America as we knew it is dead.

"A pandemic of the unhealthy..."

Not even possible in medical or even common-lexicon terms but don't let such trivialities get in the way of the nonsense.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
