It appears someone might need some Coppertone.
The snoozefest is taking place at the corner of North State Street and Meadowbrook Road. Obviously this is the fault of the Jackson City Council since it has not approved the "hotel" rooms for the Taste restaurant.

Every time I drive past that old bank building I see homeless people there.
Say a prayer for this person and hope you never wind up in this situation.
Where is the guest room?
Why don’t homeless men do more to help themselves? It seems to be more of a lifestyle choice.
Real simple if you don’t have any money you can’t pay rent. Maybe they had a job and the boss came down on him and he told him to fuck off and he got fired. I know quite a few people that would be homeless if not for their families. This person obviously doesn’t have that safety net. Why would anyone choose to be homeless.
1:54 PM. Amen.
What you allow, you get more of. Society doesn’t HAVE to put up with this.
@5:35 PM, some years past, my late wife and her sister, both of who worked downtown Jackson, helped a homeless man from time to time with clothing, blankets, socks, snack foods, and other things. I forget what she said his name was. He was an older white man who pushed his belongings about in a shopping basket, she said, and sometimes they’d not see him for months.
She told me that he absolutely refused to go to a shelter, didn’t matter how cold or how bad or how hungry he got. Said he couldn’t come and go as he wanted at night, and sometimes, depending on the quality of some people in the shelter at the time, he would absolutely want to get out of there but was locked inside.
AMEN AND AMEN!!!!! @5:35
Homeless women seem to do more to help themselves but the men it’s more of a lifestyle choice. You can offer them a job but they don’t won’t to work The women will take a job. The men are just lazy
People who work with the homeless and cops here in Jackson say the same thing: Most of the homeless are druggies who don't want treatment.
He or she is not there in the rain today but left plenty of trash.
In the 70s my favorite Krystal was right across the street, and still is I believe.
Rode there often with friends from Woodland Hills. A different era for sure.
N o question who is prowling Fondren at night stealing everything not chained down.
"In the 70s my favorite Krystal was right across the street"
That was one of my favorite Kyrstal's as well.
I will not mention other memories such as Pasquale's/El Burito, Miller's, Meadowbrook McRae's , Seal Lily, the Golden Dragon, Dutch Bar and many others.
Look for it only in books, for it is no more than a dream remembered. A civilization gone with the wind...
Beautiful quote 11:54. My sentiments exactly.
I will never be in that situation, because some of that is a choice in the decision you make. Make better life decisions and you can avoid these things. Being an adult can be hard but that doesn’t mean you are totally absolved from the decisions you make. Taking responsibility and striving, everyday, to do the next right thing can put you in a better place.
9:05, by telling the source of income to fuck off, that’s how you choose to be homeless. People have no tack and can’t seem to understand the phrase, “pick your battles.” More and more men are showing that they don’t want to work hard to achieve, they just want someone else to pay their way. No one cares about men in society, no wonder why men want to be females these days. I work very hard to support my family and make the necessary sacrifices todo so. Everyone can be in a better place if they invest in themselves and make the right decisions for the future. But, I suppose it is easier to rely on everyone else to give you what you need
You are the problem @1:54. Plain and simple. Demand more of these vagrants and shun them the same way they've shunned making good decisions.
