Truck stop food. It's frowned upon, looked down upon, but always there when you need it. ZeroBear PolyBear blessed us with his own recipe of truck stop food in a downloadable format. Enjoy.

Utica use to have a truck stop that served the best dang cheeseburgers you could find anywhere. Sadly ,like everything else we love, vanished due to changing for the worse times.
looks good! and truck stop food is great. Good old favorites are always available.
I was eating at a truck stop once and the fellow next to me ordered an apple pie. The waitress asked, “You want the whole pie?!” He said, “Yeah but….cut it into 4 slices, I don’t believe I could eat 8.”
Go see the folks at Pelahatchie Bay Trading Post! Great breakfast and lunch! Good morning, Good morning, Good Morning!
The best breakfast I've eaten in my life was at a gas station at the Lexington exit on I-55 North as the sun was just starting to rise. It was fried chicken livers and gravy served over rice. I had to wait in line behind dozens of truckers who stopped there every time they passed that way. Wish I could remember the name of the station - might have been an Exxon.
9:56 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I just started a biography about Jensen Huang who founded Nvidia. His family immigrated to the US from Taiwan when he was 10. He started working at Denny’s when he was 15 and worked his way up from a busboy to a cook and attributes his coming of age working at Denny’s to his successes at Nvidia.
