No more coin….the ntglty Benz flees the scene having done a pretty good job defending this clown.
The best defense money can buy...until there isn't any more money.
It is amazing that the KingFish has been posting things about Rudy since 2009. 16 years Wheels of justice turn slow. BTW I see where Mrs. Warnock has retired to Mountain Brook. There is some money left somewhere.
Bleed ‘em and plead ‘em. That’s the Collette way.
When you are a scumbag and a lawyer bleeds you dry you really can't blame the scumbag lawyer.
Collette = Bleed 'em then plead 'em. If you can't plead 'em, bleed 'em anyway.
Surely you didn't expect the blood sucker to continue supporting the host after the blood has dried up?

The well is dry.
Rudy finds out about karma.
That's what happens sometimes when f*cking around.
The Federal Pulibc Defender's office will probably pick up the case.
The ticks always fall off a dead deer.
What happened to the Rudy lovers who swore of his honesty until Rudy ran out of money? Rudy, how are the accommodations and how is the food? P.S. very few people miss seeing you.
Trust me, he isn't destitute. It's hidden somewhere. He may be dumb, but he ain't stupid.
From what I can tell, few attorneys are worth their salt in a crimminal courtroom and fewer still will put themselves in the public crosshairs over a client like Warnock. Collette took an absolute dog of a case and got a better outcome than Warnock deserved. In exchange for representing a hated client and getting all the associated crap from the public, he got paid a @#%ton of $$$. In my view, he earned every penny.
I don't know Collette, but I know 3 other criminal defense attorneys. (Of the 3, I would only trust 1.) All three see themselves as heroes who step up when few others will. They see themselves as the sole defender of someone who is facing the full might of the government and all its associated resources, including money, investigators, attorneys, etc. They also charge hefty fees. Face it - In Warnocks position, do you hire the good attorney at a high cost or go for one of the cheaper options.
the morons on this site know about as much about what it takes to practice criminal law as i know about the backside of the moon.
most of these keyboard cowboys dont even have a job and are in their 40s and still living off their parents.
stick to being one of the beautiful people of the SEC..........its the only job or profession you will ever have.
10:51, What's your point?
As far as I can tell, for years Collette got paid to delay the trial. That's not practicing law.
Once the case finally went to trial, it was important for Warnock to have the best representation possible, if for no other reason than to make sure he didn't have grounds for appeal.
to 1051..''whats your point?''....................well then, i suggest you reread the diet sentence of the post.
Especially when you've filed for bankruptcy and claim you're dog-ass broke.
Don't worry...Rudy has ratholed 8 of the first 18 million he scammed in Madison County.
to 11;13,,''as far as i can tell'''''..........................................you cant tell anything past the end of your nose.
