Matt Moscona knows as much about what Ole Miss is offering a kid as I do. Zero.
This is all so GD ridiculous. PEOPLE GET A LIFE! Our country needs a good old fashion depression to get relativity back.
Ole Miss should offer him something ridiculous and make LSU overpay for Lacy.
3:39 PM - Absolutely agree with you!
As Jerry Seinfeld once said, "We are just cheering for the uniform." If someone plays for Ole Miss one year, you cheer him. However, if he leaves Ole Miss and goes to LSU, you boo him.
3:39 for today's win!
Paying for players? You can’t do that. It’s illegal! lol!
Moscona theorizes a lot about Ole Miss, eg, trying to make Kiffin look bad. My hunch is Kiffin needs no help in making himself look bad and Ole Miss AD and bosses have more to deal with than trying to make a former coach look bad.
The kid will declare for the draft. so this whole thing was a waste of time.
@3:39, well, this is, after all, a blog about culture.
The Land Mass is being outbid again. That cotton money doesn’t measure up to that sugarcane money.
8:40. he cant go pro this year.
Matt Moscona has no clue. There is a bidding war for Lacy started by his agent before Kiffin left that involves several schools in addition to Ole Miss and LSU.
Not with that AC Joint/Frozen Shoulder injury they're trying to hide. "Bruised shoulder" and $2 million my ass.
It is insane for adults to pay a 17-year-old, one-year mercenary, to play for their school. While you may have money now, it is statistically likely that some of your kids and grandkids will struggle financially. What are you doing this for? To brag and act like you did something when your team wins. Seriously?
Lacy won't even make it three years in the pros....it's a big man's game, and he might not even make it three years.
