Ralph Mason might be in jail for a while after JPD arrested him for felony voyeurism.
The 70 year-old man was allegedly looking into the window of a 15 year-old girl while she was naked and getting out of the shower. She easily identified him as he is a neighbor. The detective's affidavit states:
Mason was charged with gratification of lust in 1989. However, court records show no indictment nor conviction.
A Jackson Municipal Court judge set Mason's bond at $1 million and ordered no contact with the victim.
Attorney Abby Robinson represents the defendant.
