Jimmy Kimmel is off late-night tv. The Wall Street Journal reported:
Disney said it is pulling Jimmy Kimmel’s show off of ABC in the wake of remarks the late-night host made about the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. “‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ will be pre-empted indefinitely,” an ABC spokeswoman said Wednesday. The suspension begins with tonight’s planned broadcast...Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr criticized Kimmel during an interview with conservative political podcaster Benny Johnson on Wednesday and suggested the regulatory agency could take action against the broadcast licenses of ABC-owned stations. Owners of some ABC TV stations, including large broadcaster Nexstar Media Group told the network they were dropping the show. Representatives for Kimmel couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. In his Monday night broadcast, Kimmel—who has often criticized President Trump on his show—said, “the Maga Gang (is) desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.” “In between the finger-pointing, there was grieving,” he added. Kimmel also said Vice President JD Vance and others in “MAGA-land” were trying to capitalize on Kirk’s death. Nexstar, which owns and operates 32 ABC affiliates in large- and mid-size markets, said Kimmel’s remarks about Kirk’s death and his followers were beyond the pale. “Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division. Thanks for showing us you do not give one good goddamn about the first amendment
So sad. The lefties are falling like flies. They didn't get the memo from Miss Manners explaining that it's not nice to talk bad about the deceased.

I'm sorry. Did you bitch when the New York Times fired the editor who ran Tom Cotton's column because some black supremacists on staff got mad?
So…much…freedom
7:06 pretty sure he wasn’t imprisoned and is free to continue speaking as he wishes. He’ll just be doing it for free now instead of drawing a salary. I guess we’ll see how much of a true believer he is since he won’t be paid for spouting his crap anymore.
Freedom to get your ass shitcanned. FAFO
