Charging at the police is rarely a good idea. Right.
The video's description states:
On August 15, 2025, at about 3:40 p.m., Port St. Joe Police Officers responded to a call involving a repo driver attempting to repossess a vehicle that fled after a crash. Officers located the vehicle driven by 41-year-old Tikila Walker and attempted a traffic stop. Her white Ford Fusion displayed an expired temporary tag. Walker refused to pull over and drove through north Port St. Joe at a slow rate of speed. Near avenue A and Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Sergeant Morrison attempted to block Walker's path. She drove onto the sidewalk and continued driving slowly through town. Sergeant Morrison terminated the attempted traffic stop. Officers cleared the area. At about 4:20 p.m., Officers responded to a reported hit-and-run with property damage caused by Walker on Avenue C. The reporting party did not wish to pursue charges. Sergeant Morrison relocated to MLK Boulevard where she spoke with the repo driver and with Walker, who was driving slowly by to avoid him. For about fifteen minutes, Sergeant Morrison spoke with Walker in an effort to de-escalate the incident. However, Walker refused to exit her vehicle or turn it over to the repo driver, and she drove away. Just after 5:50 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a convenience store in highland view regarding a hit-and-run involving Walker's vehicle, which had reportedly been blocked in by the repo truck. At the same time, a separate call reported reckless driving by Walker in the area. Just after 6:00 p.m., Sergeant Morrison and Officer Lee located Walker's vehicle in the 200 block of Avenue C. Walker was in the driver's seat holding a filet-style knife with a 16-inch silver blade. Officer Lee approached from the front of the vehicle while Sergeant Morrison approached from the rear. The Officers attempted to de-escalate with Walker for several minutes, but she did not drop the knife. Sergeant Morrison attempted to open the door while Officer Lee provided cover, but the vehicle was locked. A Gulf County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on scene to assist. The Deputy broke the passenger-side window and deployed a taser seven times with no apparent effect. During this time, Walker swung the knife at the deputy from inside her vehicle. Walker exited her vehicle still holding the knife and advanced on Sergeant Morrison. Officer Lee and Sergeant Morrison discharged their service weapons. After Sergeant Morrison and Officer Lee discharged their service weapons, Sergeant Morrison responded verbally to bystanders reacting to the incident. The deputy approached Walker and removed the knife from her right hand. Officers immediately began medical aid until the arrival of Gulf County EMS. Walker was transported to the hospital with two gunshot wounds, treated, and later discharged. Walker's 16-inch filet-style knife was recovered. Walker faces the following charges: Port St. Joe Police Department: Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer (784.07 2c), Resist Officer with Violence (843.01), Gulf County Sheriff's Office: Resist Officer with Violence (843.01).

God bless cops.
I hope parents who raised these emotionally infantile useless adults and taught them to treat authority like this live a constant life of misery
Sounds like someone desperate to keep their car. So desperate they lost their mind. Hard times for everyone in this economy.
Oh I cannot WAIT for the bleeding hearts (no pun intended) on this one. "She was mentally ill", "they were profiling", "excessive force/trigger happy". Should be interesting.
Laws were broken. Apprehension was peacefully attempted. She fled. She had a knife. She charged. Officers' lives were at risk. Problem solved.
In the police academy a number of years ago, we had an instructor that showed us just how quickly someone can gain on you with a knife. A couple of recruits weren't able to draw fast enough and didn't "survive" the training scenario. It kills me how bystanders always holler about tasing as an alternative. However, I'm sure they could've cared less if the officer had been hurt or killed.
Thanks to the race baiters, the pandering leftist politicians along with FNN, MSDNC, etc… you hear the reaction of the clueless witness who assumes the officer shot the dumb@$$ for no reason. She was lucky she didn’t get shot earlier in the encounter.
No sympathy but I wish police would shoot out the knees from time to time. This was a perfect time for the dreaded shots to the knees.
Keepin’ it real…
Theres that knife to a gun fight thing again. It just ain't getting through to some folks, still.
Attacking a police officer rarely has a good outcome for the attacker
Is it too much to ask for a police officer to be able to fire a weapon and hit a target center mass these days?
Jackson Jambalaya?
The hand that rocks a cradle also slashes with a knife-
Crump?
Got ‘er!
Now she’s a good one
Officer needs more range training but good job!
Being supersized is like having a keval vest on. Two bullet wounds were just an inconvenience. Two to the chest and one to the forehead is very effective.
If any bleeding hearts get this far down into the comments I urge you to learn the "rule of 21" before commenting.
1:51 - a. if you're never been in a threat-situation, you likely don't understand that adrenalin surges and hands shake. Add to that you're dodging a knife. Never fails to make me roll my eyes when simpletons armchair quarterback situations they've never found themselves in. b. maybe they did and the bullets couldn't get through all of that fucking fat.
1:43, Seriously????
Over a damn car.
Sad ending, but one outcome of FAFO.
Good job LEO’s
@1:43 PM, cops could take instruction from the thugs. Thugs are great at leg shots. They have a lot to offer cadets.
That particular kind of perpetrator is the most stupid kind of person!
