U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan, III postponed the sentencing for Jody Owens, Chokwe Antar Lumumba, and Aaron Banks. The docket states:
Set/Reset Hearings as to Jody E. Owens, II: Sentencing reset for November 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 5A (Jackson) Jordan before District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III.
Lumumba will be sentenced at 10 AM and Banks face the music at 1 PM. The sentencing hearings for the three men were scheduled for October 15. They all pleaded guilty to civil conspiracy and face a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

A continuance is the same as an acquittal. The only difference is the duration. OR he’s singing his guts out hoping for a reduced sentence
