Live From the Streets

This is why ambulances won't respond to a call without police escort.

Dude needs an administration of nightstick justice.

From the reactions of the rest of the family, it looks like they've been dealing with his craziness for many years.

Nothing but groans and face-palms, including the guy on the stretcher.

Is this the same neighborhood where white people are looking for black people to hang from trees?

Put an electrified fence around it and tell Snake Plissken to stay away.

This is joke. Jackson is a sewer pit.

Behavior like this is appalling. Would he act like this with his preacher standing beside him? Surprised Stokes makes no appearing this clip.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but isnt it highly illegal to interfere with a first responder treating a patient?

We are cursed……

I was trying hard to understand what the man was saying and why he was holding up progress. As Dave Chappell say,”we are the worst sometimes”.

Add a K-9 to every ambulance and fire truck.

Thats not even Jackson. Magnolia ambulance does not serve Jackson

The old guy yelling is a school bus driver who sits in the driver's room bitching about everything and blaming it on white people.

Pure stupid trash.

@ 2:56 - The Blog's resident expert on ambulance service:

From the internet:

While Jackson, MS is located in Hinds County (outside of Magnolia Ambulance's primary seven-county emergency 911 coverage zone), you could still see their vehicles picking up a patient in the city for several common logistical reasons.

1. Interfacility Transports - Jackson houses Mississippi's premier medical hub, including major facilities like the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) and St. Dominic Hospital. Because Magnolia Ambulance handles non-emergency and advanced interfacility transports, they frequently pick up patients at Jackson hospitals to transfer them back home, or to rehabilitation and long-term care facilities within their core service counties.

2. Scheduled Long-Distance Medical Transport - Magnolia Ambulance is equipped for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). Families or medical facilities can book scheduled, long-distance transport for specialized appointments, or to relocate a bedridden patient over long distances, which can mean picking up a passenger directly from a private Jackson residence.

3. Mutual Aid Agreements - In the event of a mass-casualty incident, major disaster, or extreme local unit shortages, Mississippi emergency services rely on mutual aid agreements. If Jackson's primary 911 provider (American Medical Response) faces an overwhelming spike in call volume, dispatch can request assistance from nearby mutual aid partners like Magnolia Ambulance to respond to emergency calls.

4. Shared Parent Network Resources - Magnolia Ambulance operates as a division of Priority Ambulance. Because sister branches (like Baptist Ambulance) handle extensive hospital logistics throughout Mississippi, vehicles and crews from different regional brands occasionally assist one another across county lines during high-demand shifts.

Can you prove that? If true, we need to remove him driving children in a bus.

A medic that I know carries.

Magnolia Ambulance ONLY provides services across seven counties in central Mississippi, including Issaquena, Kemper, Leake, Noxubee, Scott, Sharkey, and Winston.

Instead of recording that dumbass why aren't you taking him in the house...or duct taping his foul mouth? He's begging for an ass kicking. I hope the popo in the car behind them took control.

A nation within a nation, the denizens of which have formed their own incomprehensible patois.

Ambulance guy could have deescalated. But there’s not enough money in the world to put up with that if it happens regularly

I am not sure why the ambulance provider is relevant other than that young man handled himself as best he could in that situation. I agree if that man raising all the hell is a school bus driver he needs to be reassigned immediately.

The black medic should have spoke up and helped his partner. Especially since the drunk/crackhead only sees color. It would have helped a lot. But they typically just ignore this ghetto behavior out of fear.

Why is in all their conversations/arguments someone says.."witcho bitch ass"

Nobody in the video has a job except those hero paramedics. Nobody in the video contributes an ounce to society except those hero paramedics. Everyone in the video except the hero paramedics is an absolute negative on society. We should act accordingly and deal with these “people”, but our country has become a big daycare for these “people” to rob us blind while we work hard every week. What a sad, sad, sad joke.

In Mississippi, verbally or physically obstructing, preventing, or hindering emergency medical personnel is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000, imprisonment in the county jail for up to six months, or both under https://law.justia.com/codes/mississippi/title-97/chapter-35/section-97-35-51/

Those penalities could easily be doubled due to the EMTs/Paramedics being healthcare professionals.

I live in Thomastown Mississippi & am a Volunteer Fireman. Once I took the truck to a call out back in the hills behind my house to a brush fire call. A couple houses backed up to a cuttover that was burning up the hill toward the houses. The house owners didn't like where I parked the truck, wouldn't or couldn't move vehicles for me either. About a dozen or so kids were playing basketball in the front yard & since I couldn't reach the fire I gave some them kids the Flappers & we were gonna go Flap the fire out, Wasn't much fire fire wise, just slow burning stuff on the ground. One them baby momas came out on the prorch & objected to that also, said "That's What You Get Paid To Do"...OK sugar let me show you how much I get Paid to do! I rolled all my stuff up & went & put the truck back up! House is still there, I guess they put the fire out themselves after all...I spent 3 hrs early this morning cutting up trees & moving them outta the roads from the storm & been to two fires this week...The black community WILL NOT participate in any community involvement...But sure are quick to call for help after they let the fires get out from burning their garbage...

God bless those medics and EMTs. They provide and perform an invaluable service to society. However, there's no amount of money that I could be paid to do that job, especially in places like Jacktown.

And when they need medical care they will demand a (free) air ambulance ride.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
