Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey issued the following statement.
On Monday, April 27, 2026, deputies and investigators with the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department responded to Old Fannin Road Store & Lock located on Old Fannin Rd just outside the city limits of Flowood in reference to a theft.
When they arrived on scene, investigators developed information that Autumn Sanderford Eargle used her position as an employee of the mini-storage facility to access the storage unit of a customer and steal their belongings. The property, which included multiple electronic Apple products had an estimated value over $7,000.
Autumn Eargle was arrested for Embezzlement and transported to the Rankin County Adult Detention Center in Brandon, MS. This morning she made her initial appearance before Rankin County Court Judge David Morrow Jr. where her bond was set at $25,000.
The stolen property has been returned to its rightful owner.
Kingfish note: Well, well, well, it appears Autumn has been a bad girl in the past. Check out her indictment from 2023:
After Eargle pled guilty to possession of more than .10 g but less than 2 g of fentanyl, Rankin County Circuit Judge sentenced the defendant to three years in prison but suspended three years of the sentence on October 25, 2023.

Another loser judge that suspended a sentence so someone that should be in jail is instead out victimizing the community.
Crystal methodist? Who knew?
this woman is a career thief and hustler. she got her start at the original pops around the corner back when it was a country honky tonk run by pops sanderford.
Possession charges aren't the same as a charge of violent behavior. I don't have a problem with a person with a drug charge getting a second chance. However she blew that chance and is now headed to the clink for an extended stay.
@4:39 - couldn’t disagree more with you. We can always improve required treatment options, but it’s been proven that prison isn’t the answer for possession of small amounts of drugs. 3 years for that little would’ve been insane.
Background check? Whut background check?
according to the article she's still doing a suspended sentence till october 2026. will that be revoked now? probably not.
Seems nice. Rankin "8".
@ 4:54 - If she had actually served the 3 years she would have been in jail instead of committing this theft, and who knows how many other crimes.
Rankin county blessings?
