Child-Killer Suspects Indicted

A Hinds County grand jury indicted three people in March for the murder of Markell Noah on November 25, 2022.  Noah was only 12 years old.

Markell Noah, R.I.P.

 The indictment charges Eshawn Green:

on or about the 25ᵗʰ day of November, 2022... did while acting in concert with and/or aiding, assisting or encouraging Cayden Naylor and others... willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously... killed Markell Noah by shooting him with a deadly weapon, an unknown caliber firearm

The indictment also charges Green and Naylor with trying to destroy evidence.  The indictment states Green and Naylor "intentionally destroyed, mutilated concealed removed and/or altered physical evidence of a crime scene" at 336 Audubon Place in Jackson.  The indictment alleges Green and Naylor:

intentionally destroyed, mutilated concealed removed and/or altered physical evidence from the dwelling where Markell Noah was shot and killed and removed the body from the dwelling as well as the blood stained carpet therein throwing Markell Noah's body over a fence, the bloody carpet into a dumpster and cleaning the blood stains in thedwelling, all with intent to impede such evidence's use in a criminal investigation and subsequent prosecution...
The grand jury also indicted Kaylan Owens for accessory after the fact for her alleged role in trying to help Naylor and Green avoid capture.

JJ reported on November 28, 2022:

Detectives said in court that 17 year-old Eshawn Green and his 21 year-old girlfriend, Kaylan Owens, lived in an abandoned house on Audubon Place.  Although abandoned, the couple somehow hooked up electricity and water. A 14 year-old boy was allegedly with them at the house.

The boy allegedly texted Markell "Kell" Noah at 11 PM but the child was asleep.  He texted him again at 2:20 AM, telling him to come to the house.  The second text woke up the victim, who went over to the house.

The stories in court somewhat different but apparently no Russian Roulette took place as earlier reported by JPD.  A struggle over the gun allegedly took place.  One of the kids allegedly pointed the gun at Noah and shot.  The gun fired, killing the boy.  No one called the police.  The trio allegedly and haphazardly cleaned the crime scene. The 14 year old ran out but Green made him come back.  They took the body several houses down the street and dumped it over the fence.

The parents could not find their son and called JPD.  JPD arrived and initiated a search.  The boy helped JPD search for his former friend.  Owens allegedly broke down and told the police what happened.

JPD charged the boy with murder and tampering with evidence.  Green was charged with murder. JPD charged Owens with accessory after the fact since she tried to destroy evidence.

All three defendants appeared scared in court today.  Owens cried.  She has been pregnant for several weeks.  However, the day's events were not concluded as it turned out Owens and Green were involved in another murder.

Another murder took place across the street from the vacant house.  Owens and Green allegedly lured a man outside to they could get the rims to his vehicle.  Owens' brother got in the vehicle and shot him to death.  Lacking remorse, the defendants allegedly drove the vehicle throughout Jackson.  JPD at one point gave chase but stood down when pursuit got too dangerous.   The second crime "came together" in Court today during the initial appearance.   Judge Reynolds signed the warrant as a second case opened against Green and Owens.

Judge Reynolds set the boy's bond at $1 million for murder and $100,000 for tampering with the evidence.  Green has  a bond of $2 million for murder and $100,000 for tampering with evidence.  Owens has no bond as she is charged with capital murder.  She does have a $100,000 bond for witness tampering.

A second count of murder charges Green of working with Kareem Ball and Owens to murder Terrell Jenkins during the carjacking mentioned above.

The Noah case is assigned to Circuit Judge Winston Kidd.  The Jenkins case is assigned to Circuit Judge Deborah Gibbs.

Kingfish will hereafter and going forward as well as from now on, refer to the deceased as 'Little Markell', a practice instituted following the killing of the boy referred to as "Little Kingston" in the 'Kroger 55' incident three years ago.

They will be back on the street soon, ready to kill again.

Mr Mayor hold a press conference and talk to the youth and the parents of the youth in your city. If you have to do this weekly do it until it sinks in! This nonsense has to stop! The Feds shouldn’t have to do everything for your administration! You’re an eloquent speaker, you can save many lives, they respect and look up to you!

Now, I know some of them smart people in your administration can come up with a solution that don’t cost money. Mr Mayor show us what you can do!

What an inexcusable death of another young innocent child. Unfortunately Mr. Kenneth Stokes’ statement in April of 2020 “we’re being known as the child killing capital, not the capital of Mississippi,” continues to be accurate.

Because this is just another poor black child WHITE DEMOCRATS COULD NOT CARE LESS. When, when, when will there be a Democrat writer HONEST opinion piece on these high crime Democrat controlled city child deaths, with a Bible verse at the end??? They should all be so ashamed of themselves that they cannot sleep at night for not dealing this easily addressable issue.

And Republicans are too scared are just too dumb to call out Democrats over and over and over for their absolute purposeful tolerance of lawlessness in order to take over, control, then continue to control these high crime cities…for decades.

Pathetic!!!

To acknowledge the crime stats would confirm that they were being judged by the content of their character all along.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
