Today, True Conservatives Mississippi PAC is launching its first television ad to raise awareness of the Lt. Governor election in Mississippi—and to encourage voters to defeat Chris McDaniel in the Republican primary campaign.
The new TV ad, titled Truth, is focused on the lack of any substantive accomplishments over the past 10 years by Chris McDaniel as a State Senator. The record is clear. Chris McDaniel likes to talk a lot about fighting, but in his long political career, there’s virtually nothing to show for it.
As stated in the ad, “Since 2014, McDaniel has written only three bills that passed—recognizing a football team, congratulating a pageant winner and naming a week because of mosquitos. Lots of speeches, lots of big talk, but no substance, no real accomplishments. That’s the real Chris McDaniel.”
True Conservatives Mississippi PAC is led by Quinton Dickerson and Josh Gregory who have been working in conservative Republican political campaign efforts for more than 25 years in Mississippi. The group is actively working to raise funds to continue an ongoing advertising effort to make sure voters have the facts about the candidates for Lt. Governor.
The new television ad launched today is the first in a series of voter outreach efforts by True Conservatives Mississippi PAC leading up to the August 8 Republican primary election.
“For all his big talk and over-inflated sense of importance, Chris McDaniel is one of the least effective elected officials in the entire state,” said Quinton Dickerson, President of True Conservative Mississippi PAC. “With Chris McDaniel there’s no substance, no real accomplishments and nothing other than an egomaniac politician who likes to hear his own voice. There is literally no reason to give him a promotion to become Lt. Governor.”
