Rex Foster gets out of jail in a couple of months:
He was once an attorney who worked at Chinn & Associates. He was convicted of sexual battery involving a thirteen year-old boy. Information about his conviction online is rather scarce.

Is Rex the man who got caught with the young boy then stalked him at the State Fair which violated his order to stay away? Sounds familiar
Yup. If I remember correctly, that happened while he was out on bond and involved the same child.
Is the perp's full name Rex Benjamin Foster?

There's a nice little halfway house down on Northside drive that would be a perfect place for him to recover from his addiction. The JA boy's and girl's cross country teams run right by it about 3:30 pm every Monday - Friday starting in about a week. Perfect timing for Rex! He could pinch himself every time he is distracted by the boys and tell himself that he really needs to pay more attention to the girls!
This guy was sentenced for sexual battery in early January, 2008, in a case indicted in 2001. He must have spent 7 or 8 years in pretrial detention, because he was sentenced to 30 years with 15 suspended. The law says the 15 years to serve is to be day for day with no parole and no other early release.
He pleaded guilty in 2001.
To 10:46. You make me as sick as the child molester does. Obviously you sit and watch them run by every day. You are an ignorant and disgusting person to post such a comment.
misread the date, sorry.
Are you sure that Foster is not going to be released into Federal Custody to serve his Federal sentence after he gets released from State?
1:11 Ever heard the term "sarcasm"? Didn't think so.
1:11 there is sarcasm then there is stupidity and disgust. Referring to people in recovery as child molesters and using our children as the object is not sarcasm.
Child molesters in recovery are child molesters. The law says they are. Child molesters look longingly at children. Reality says they do. Take your indignation and stuff it, 9:09.
Come on over to the house on Northside and ring the doorbell. I'm home today. Compare my alcoholism with child molestation. Say it to my face. See what happens
"Say it to my face. See what happens "
Threatening violence? Is that considered "protected" by the SCOTUS too?
Might be time John to run back over to Nextdoor and whine about being demonized.
August 10 1211,
Sorry to disappoint, but that post was not from me, John. I don't know if posting will do any good as this thread was from some time back.
First, I'll always attach my name to any post I make. Secondly, I have not ever and will not every respond to accusations or misrepresentations with macho bullshit veiled violence. No one in the OH should be doing so. I don't advocate or encurage violence or threats. I better not find out the above post was made from my home. Thanks,
John W
He's in federal custody until january 2020.
