If the decoj votes no on him, he must be given a hearing with 3 notice and i bet he does not present evidence to rebut their no vote based on the absence of finance filings.

Mayor race will have primary runoffs. There are 14 Democrats running and 3 Republicans. Got 5 Independents. Wow, thats a huge field.
