I am sure Robbie is delighted that her precious son is now closer to her home in Jackson (where Heather was brutally murdered). How does she sleeps at night is beyond me.. I truly believe Robbie should be in jail as well. She could have saved Heather.

When I talked to MDOC 18 months ago, they told me because of his classification (cap murder), he would be moved around on a somewhat regular basis.

So I assume this is part of the rotation unless an intervening event happened at his prior location.

Leakesville is the worst. If I remember correctly, it's about an hour from Hattiesburg (and in the middle of nowhere). It's practically impossible to get attorney client visits or even exchange mail because it's run by a bunch of jerks.

3:50 Hope all you said is true about Leakesville. Sounds like a great place for Mommie Robbie to visit. I hope the woman never has a day's peace. Hell on earth is too good for her.

Leakesville is HELL. Nothing there but the prison.

Sorry about the double post. Queenfish is just getting comfortable on her throne.

Good for the murdering little sissy and his nasty, old skank of a mother.

Leaksville at one time was where they house many snitches and "red tags", which are prisoners whose lives are known to be in danger from other inmates.

I'm sure the residents of SMCI like it when a new gurl comes to town.

Much like Stuart, Robbie did not attend her son's sentencing hearing.

After all that she did to assist and enable her crazed son, this woman did not have the audacity to attend his hearing. Perhaps she was too busy buying Gatorade and planning another welcome home party for a wanted fugitive.

Didn't someone that sat on the grand jury for Robbie's indictment investigation recently reveal/post on another blog that Robbie WAS present and at home when the vicious acts took place? If these statements were true, this would completely contradict her answers filed in both civil cases. I believe the answers to the complaints have been posted somewhere on this site.

Please consider this case when you cast your vote for in the Attorney General's race next year (and the Hinds County District Attorney's election). Jim Hood's press release re: Bell's sentence creates a entirely different scenerio than what was revealed in all of the documents, death reports and JPD reports posted on this site. Robbie's charges SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DROPPED. I guess retaining Ed Peters has its benefits. I wish I saved those endorsement commericials Ed was in endorsing the current Hinds County DA. PS. Delaughter is still in jail for another case regarding corruption and specifically Ed Peters. The Judge Robbie appeared before...

Robbie Bell was indicted by Faye Peterson. Jim Hood took over the case and excluded Robert Smith from the prosecution. Idiot.

Thanks!

903 - Go to hell, especially before you start calling people idiots.

Obviously, Robbie was indicted under Faye Peterson's tenure. Why the hell would there be an election cycle for DA, in which Ed Peters endorsed Robert Smith. DUH.

At first we all thought Jim Hood's involvement was a good thing, considering a new DA was taking office in Hinds County and unfamiliar with the Bell case and previous assaults. Little did we know he and Robbie's attorney Ed Peters, were close friends.

Were your close friends with the deceased? Were you at the sentencing hearing? Were you interviewed by law enforcement? Were you at the funeral?

Once again, go to hell.

Hold on, I think he was calling Hood an idiot.

Leave it to Faye to indict on the wrong charge and give Hood his wiggle room. There was another, much easier to prove charge that could've been used and is a felony.

You don't think Robbie has been taking the fifth in her depositions for no reason, do you?

I worked on the Greene County prison. It is everything a prison is supposed to be and for some reason the RID program down there has the lowest rate of return customers in our state.

I think prison it too good for both Bells! Nothing brings Heather back, nothing fills the void in our lives!

Just info in case anyone was wondering...
SMCI is used as a 'transient' sometimes. Website now shows Bell in CMCF area 3(which is also a 'transient area') not sure where they're putting him, could be another area just within CMCF or another facility altogether. If you have 25 years or more, the current MDOC policy states that you can only be housed in one of the 3 state facilities (CMCF, SMCI, Parchman) or one of the 6 private facilities (WCCF is one). WCCF has 'protective custody' capabilities (possible reason they put him there even if he didn't actually elect to be in PC.) Rumor has it they're changing WCCF to mostly "C custody" inmates, thus moving out loads of "A" and "B" inmates- Mr. Bell is custody level "B" (really bothers me.) Most inmates will tell you, SMCI ("Greene county")is a tough facility, if not the toughest. MDOC moves everyone around all the time, who knows why most of the time.....

Bell was initially moved b/c they closed down unit 32 at Parchman. They have a lot of prisoners they have to shuffle around for a while before they get it right. He is a violent offender and will be housed accordingly. If during transitions, he is held at "B" facility, it will be for a short time until they find a permanent cage for him.

Anonymous said...

He is "B custody" not "C"
"C" is 'red and whites' (supposed to be on lock down)
"B" is 'black and whites'
When he was at WCCF he moved around freely with all of the other black and whites...

Anonymous said...

"B" custody and he committed murder?

WCCF is a terrible facility, they have their own handbook.

Why is he not in "C" custody? Aggravated assault carries a "C" and the victim lived!

Where is this monster now? Why isn't he at Parchman? I agree with the comments about him and about his mother when this atrocity occurred. It is now 2020. Where is Bell? Is Luke Woodham still at Parchman, or was he moved?

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
