Well, well, well. Look who is in the Rankin County jail. Some people just can't stand a good break when they get one and James Williams is no exception.
Williams was paroled in May after serving 18 years in prison for killing his father and stepmother when he was 17 years old.
One might think Williams would stay out of trouble after serving so many years in prison but such was not to be.

What's the issue? He didn't get a DUI the whole time that he was in prison. :)
Kill 2 people and serve 18 yrs. WTF? So each death was only worth 9 yrs according to the lib nut parole board.
Missed opportunity for the death penalty.
Maybe Bailey can make him part of his Goon Squad.
Drove into the pit at Valvoline in front of Pearl Walmart! PPD came and took him in. Wrecker pulled his car out! Bad day all around for him and he still needs oil change!
The Chairman of the Parole Board needs to go now before the election!
5'-8" might mean he suffered drug exposure in vitro, was deprived of decent food and nurturing growing up, has minimal brain development and a traumatized psyche also (which should not disqualify him from incarceration of some type).
"Fried" Killer vs. "Freed" Killer
Yeah. So, whether you agree with the parole board or not, this guy was an immature “kid,” when he went to prison. He hasn’t seen the outside world for eighteen years. Personally, a DUI with no injury is better than him murdering someone else. He has no clue how to operate out here. (And, ironically, he killed the people who could have helped him adjust…)
But his is a Christian now and was a model prisoner. Right?
friend of mine did 10 years day for day for beating up Louie Kuebler (yes, that Louie Kuebler) a few years before he killed Stuckey and killers get out in 18?
Some of y’all people I cannot understand how y’all have any patience with trash like this littering our cities, towns, and neighborhoods. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, Christ calls us to forgive, hate the sin and not the sinner, blabbity blab. But forgiveness is an act of the heart and doesn’t entail freeing criminals so they can act up again. If he’s out because of prison overcrowding, there are other ways to address that and cull the herd at the same time.
Yeah, I’m an old meanie who doesn’t need your sympathy for thinking this way. Don’t send up any prayers, thanks.
If he had been a legislator, this would have never happened.
If I had murdered my parents, years ago, I'd probably be drinking every day too. Who among us would not? He's responsible for his actions.
But the two have zero connection and don't start with the crap about being released from prison has a correlation with a future DUI.
3:55....that qualifies him for nothing other than.sympathy and prescriptions.
Nothing else. He can spend rest of time at Parchman
Only means mother should be in jail also.
"Only means mother should be in jail also."
How so? Lay out your theory right here.
Theme song of this thread: Randy Newman - Short People
3:55....you said obvious he suffered drug abuse in vitro.... mom should be in jail.....oh wait, she's dead.

Can I get this printed on a t-shirt? ;-)
October 22, 2023 at 3:28 PM, you don't need it on a t-shirt, I can read it from the scowl on your face. Should I get off of your lawn?
A little information on the circumstances of the double murder would be nice. I'm not implying that this is the case, here, but stepmothers can work to destroy the offspring of previous wives. They can turn fathers against previous wives' offspring.
If Williams had endured a childhood in which he'd been blamed, belittled, and abused - and if the murder occurred during an episode of abuse, then I can see the time he's served could be enough.
It was a grizzly crime.
