Monitoring anklet, I assume, and surrender of passport? He's liable to flee the jurisdiction if he gets the chance.

This is crazy...Tammy was one of my best friends and it was a joke watching the bond hearing and Mr. Royal's performance..How can someone get anyway with cold blooded murder and not be in jail till his trial????!!! He had gun residue on his hands and she was for sure shot at a point blank range (testified by the investigator)..In my opinion the trial is where he can prove his defense but for now he murdered her period...and he gets to go on living his life and not even be in jail. He is a flight risk because his parents are wealthy! I hope Mr. Royals can sleep at night knowing he is helping a killer stay out of jail. This boy has hurt numerous other people and is a threat to society. I bet he would have a different defense if it was HIS DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anon @ 3:00 pm - So what's the story on this guy? Has he always been a lay-about and a druggie? Did he have a job?

3:00pm I am not familiar with the name Kuebler or his doctor Dad. Did he go to high school in the Jackson area? Where? College? What's his story? Seems no one knows much about the young man.

I am very sorry for the loss of your good friend. Very tragic.

He got kicked out of St. Andrew's. (They were smart and didn't put up with his shit.) His parents bailed him out time and time again. I don't know where he finally finished school. If they had administered some actual parenting at some point along the way, perhaps this wouldn't have all happened this way.

I don't think we can keep blaming the parents, when the guy is an adult who makes all his own decisions. Yes, it appears they made some mistakes, perhaps worse than other parents, but ultimately it's on him.

There are more circumstances to this than we all know. She was doped up, too, unfortunately. You will see it in the autopsy report. And NO, I'm not saying any of this was her fault, just that the whole thing is so sad.

Did this guy have a history of violence against women, aka G. Bell?

Anonymous said...

Guilty till proven innocent, eh? Gun residue on his hands and shot at point blank range? That would also prove that he was trying to take the gun away from her while she was attempting suicide. That's why we have trials, folks.

No one has mentioned the distance of the shot. Point blank range? You know something we don't?

Anonymous said...

Good question, KF. Powder burns or residue on her?

Anonymous said...

KF, I was responding to the anon who said it was point blank.

I know this guy, and he is a sociopath, criminal, drug addict and extremely violent person. I knew him when he was supposedly attending Delta State University, that's what he told people and his parents, but really was just staying up for days drinking and doing drugs, being a horrible father and husband.
I know for a fact how abusive he was to his ex wife, and that she feared for her life while with him.
Through his parents money, he held her captive, because he wasn't able to take care of her or their children, she depended on his parents for support.
It's amazing that the criminal justice system let a man roam the streets long enough for it to end with the death of a girl.
His parents should be ashamed for raising such an animal, not bonding him out of jail.
He has threatened the life of many people, and finally made good on his word.
My thoughts go out to the Stuckey family.

Bell/Irby now this, there is a different justice system for the rich. Until they are sentenced, then reality rears its ugly head and bites them in the butt. Hope he gets a long time in Parchman to think about what he did.

Anybody know if this guy is in Mexico yet?

i too went to delta state with louie. knew he was kind of weird, and never saw him in classes, just every once in a while. this is really shocking to everyone who knew him in cleveland. my heart goes out to the victim's family.

I think you can blame the parents...for not using a condom that night. This isn't some isolated incident, it's been going on for a long time. Saint Andrews kicked him out and he was kicked of Jackson Academy for coming to school drunk.

Thank you to Kingfish for reporting the whole story and helping to make the Metro area a safer place!!! KUDOS

I've known Dick for years...hes arrogant...and pretty smart...successful...probably not the portrait of a norman rockwell photo...but not the monster some here portray. Shame on all who cast stones his way for attempting to help his child over the years....I suppose each of you would have sat by idly and watched? Or sent him to prison or not sent him to rehab, or (fill in black)....Please.

Hey, look on the bright side. At least he didn't draw Judge Green!!!

Listen, I know from experience you can't just lock up a 26 year old in your house and make him/her do what you want them to do. It doesn't work that way. No doubt Louie has brought a lot of heartache and worry to his parents, and they probably have just done the best they could with their sorry son just like we all would have done.

I thought the Kuebler trial was to start July 5th???

postponed.

Heard he just got arrested in Alexandria,La running from the police. Wonder if this will cancel his bond?

Is this when he beat up another local jackson girl in florida

I was a teacher at the Hun School of Princeton (boarding school) while Louie was there. He got kicked out, finally, not sure for what. Everyone enabled him, especially the headmaster, Dr. James Byer. One time Louie skipped out without telling anyone and took the train to New York City...didn't get kicked out. Got caught with a whole bottle of vodka in his room...didn't get kicked out...cursed at teachers...didn't get kicked out. Sounds like the enabling continued--everyone loves giving a rich white kid a second chance.

If I'm not mistaken I think he went to school at Woodland Hills. It would have shutdown by the time he should have graduated though.

He went to several schools and kept getting kicked out.

He got sent to a scool in Maine called Elan....a program for troubled teens. We both went there together from late 90's early 00. I knew louie well...here's your 6 year late fact check

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
