Life keeps going sour for Too Sweet. Our favorite thug will be back in front of Hinds County Circuit Judge Faye Peterson tomorrow to explain why the good judge should not throw him in jail. Judge Peterson ordered the hearing after Robert "Too Sweet" Henderson failed to appear for a mental evaluation.
Once upon a time, Too Sweet played a drug dealin' hit man, later a political operative, then he became a Reverend and radio talk show host. Unfortunately, he got busted for being a felon in possession of a firearm and trying to bribe a public official. However, he discovered a new role to play: Sovereign Citizen. Unfortunately for Too Sweet, the role landed him in the same predicament suffered by most Sovereign Citizens: In trouble with the law.
A Hinds County grand jury indicted him three years ago for two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery of a public official and another count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The indictments are still pending in Hinds County Circuit Court as Too Sweet awaits trial. Judge Peterson incarcerated him for a week last month after he acted a fool in her courtroom. She also ordered him to appear for a mental evaluation.
Judge Peterson ordered the show cause hearing to take place tomorrow at 9:30 tomorrow morning. Too Sweet filed more foolishness in response:
Too Sweet has been playing such games in numerous motions filed with the court (see documents posted below). One suspects Judge Peterson's will have no patience with Too Sweet tomorrow. Earlier post on Too Sweet's criminal background.

Indicted three years ago and still no trial. Is the Hinds Co. judiciary fucked up or what?
He don't sound like no natural man to me. I say he rather unnatural in all counts in respect to the charge and in accord with our law of the jungle he shall and should forthwith and with haste be locked away for the duration of his unnatural time.
Popcorn at the ready, Captain.
Put him on the night shift running Kingfish's post-approval radar. He sounds like an excellent candidate for the position.
He seems nice.
Odds on him even showing for this hearing?
It would be s-w-e-e-t if he goes back to jail. //Bada bing//
