Judge Larry Roberts upholds the three indictments against Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith. Judge Roberts rejected a motion to disqualify attorney Jim Waide from representing the D. A. Judge Roberts also refused to dismiss the three-count indictment against the District Attorney and a two-count indictment against Assistant District Attorney Jamie McBride. The court quashed a subpoena issued against Judge Jeff Weill's staff attorney as well.

What a buffoon rss is. I no longer live in Hinds County but having lived there and paid taxes for over 35 years qualifies me to say the following. Jackson is broken and as long as the same old retards are voted in office year after year it will continue to be broken.
OMG! You used the word retard. Now I will have to vote for Hillary.
Not even noteworthy that the judge agreed with the motion to quash the request for Weill's sidekick to appear. How stupid was that motion anyway? A total waste of the court's time. Smith is on serious dope.
Clarification: Didn't mean the motion to quash was stupid. Meant to say the attempt to have Weill's assistant appear for the defense was stupid. And I'm not at all sure Smith is the only one on that side of the room who is fiddling with serious dope.
