Hmmm... which video clip should be posted below? So many good ones, so little space.

A theater in Jackson? No, bring the gun and have a cannolo as a bonus.
It is interesting how Mario Puzo could write such a great book and his other books be so meh.
Great book and great movie adaptations.
"I know it was you, Fredo. You broke my heart. You broke my heart!"
I was stationed at Ft. Sam Houston, TX when the paperback version of The Godfather came out. One weekend, I decided to hitchhike to Austin to visit my brother, who was at UT. Had a good visit but decided to take the Greyhound back to San Antonio, and I bought the Godfather so I would have something to do while on the bus.
That Greyhound took the secondary FM roads and Texas Highways rather than the Interstate. It stopped at every crossroad between Austin and San Antonio, so I had lots of time to read my book during the bus ride. I was so into the book that I finished it in the latrine that night, where the lights allowed me to read after lights out.
Still consider that a top lifetime read, which is an accomplishment considering it competes against Larry McMurtry's Lonesome Dove, the Hobbit series, Foundation series, Dune, Ludlum, Conway, the many books in the Spencer detective series, Robishaw? series by Burke, etc. Still waiting for the 18th book in Dune series I think it will be titled "First McDonalds on Dune"
“Tom” , can you get me off the hook for old times sake? Not today Sallie”…
I like your reading list, especially McMurtry, Burke and 'Dune'. When I taught English at Millsaps years ago, I had 'Dune' on the syllabus for the Spring semester of American Lit. It's that good, in my estimation. I tried reading the first sequel, but thought it was horse hockey.
"Fear is the mindkiller." I'm sorry we're having to wait for Part II of the film.
