We need a chart showing how many repeat offenders were released by each Judge and lengths of time between release and offense. Also, those out on bond. If we could just SEE the accumulation under each Judges' name, it might have a great impact on both the Judges and the voters. I know it would help JPD. Maybe even influence children who look toward crime as being "the easy way out".
Carjacking a Hyundai Elantra and a Dodge Charger?
Good thought 9:10. I agree that a chart like that could be quite helpful to (a) show each judge's performance on catch and release, and (b) to give a small glimpse into the recidivism rate in Jackson
