Claiborne Frazier struck out yet again in his efforts to get out of jail. The former J.A. quarterback and developer is currently serving a five year federal prison sentence for conspiracy to commit bank, mail, and wire fraud after he pleaded guilty in 2014. Frazier filed a motion to vacate his sentence in December that was denied. He filed a motion to reduce his sentence in March. It was denied as well last Friday.
U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett made it quite clear in his order that Frazier received leniency in his sentence. The order and motion as well as the rest of the file are posted below.

HAAAAA!!! The boy got what he deserved! He sure wasn't leanient to anyone if he owed them money!
Dang. Ought to let this good ole boy out. He can get together with Mississippi's best scammer, Uncle Dickie, and the two of them can work to help rehabilitate those friends they made while in the slammer. Claiborne can join in the tax credit scam that Dickie is trying to put on the taxpayers while keeping young Zach employed. Claiborne would fit in good with the scheme - all of them have perfected the way to screw their friends, enemies, and anyone else that happens by.
With his pretty looks, I bet he walks with a limp when his reign as Prison Prom Queen finally ends
