So be it. Any loss of life is nothing to celebrate, but this guy looks like a pretty bad dude. One less mouth for the taxpayers to feed for the next 30 years.
Prob self inflicted. Let's be honest death is better than have to choose in which "end" to take "it" everyday.
9:04AM, Jeez it's not like he killed anyone! There's a certain art to burglary. You are often stealing from someone who can afford to buy 4x the amount of what you originally stole. Even Don Corleone had to steal in his early days.
I pray that God has mercy on this man's soul and that his face tats are erased in heaven.
Spoken like a true, super-entitled thief 10:26. Burglary is not art. There's no justification for it - he wasn't stealing a banana from Kroger to survive starvation. He wasn't stealing insulin from a pharmacy because he was about to die from diabetes. Pray all you want, then make sure you show what a great person you really are and go give all your possessions away to the first poor person you see with a bunch of tear drops tattooed to their face to make sure they are not compelled to rob anyone in order to express their "art." -mr37
O.D.
Do his 3 teardrop tattoos mean he has killed three people?
The freak found someone meaner than he was.
When will some inmate kill the perps who offed the family from the north Delta 27 years ago?
From my cell phone at Parchman,I can tell you it's not going to happen anytime some.
This is ridiculous! How many deaths does this make at Parchman in how many months???? There's a lot more going on than anyone realizes. There's things between some of the inmates and the guards....threatening other inmates in order to get money and certain guards are making money off of this too, otherwise, they wouldn't let this crap keep continuing to happen. The inmates are forced to call their family members, friends, etc...anybody that will give them the time of day and ask for money to be put on someone's canteen or thru paypal, walmart to walmart, western union, green dots, etc. If the money is not sent within a certain period of time then they beat em up and double the money and are given a few more days to try to get the money. It's a vicious cycle that's never ending. I saw a news report from a mother is hattiesburg going through what I just mentioned. And, from all the deaths that have already happened....the news says they are all being investigated but none ever tell the findings or causes of death. These inmates are the responsibility of the facility that are housing them therefore their health and well being is also their responsibility. It seems that Parchman needs a complete firing and hiring of employees, including the warden. These inmates are not being given any classes or opportunities to work and the A&D program is absolutely the WORST. They have more drugs in that one unit than they do in any of the other units and they definitely aren't being rehabilitated. They hardly ever have any classes, never have drug tests so how in the world they ever graduate from the program is beyond me. They are just taking the state's money and not doing their jobs. Something needs to be done about this but when I tried to ask someone about it, a judge of all people, he said there's really nothing that can be done if we don't want our loved one killed. WTH??? Where to turn to?????
THIS IS SAD AND TRAGIC I KNEW THAT GUY PERSONALLY BUT TO SAY THE LEAST MSP IS FULL OF CORRUPTION AND EVILNESS PLUS IF THE FBI WAS TO DIG AROUND THE PEACH ORCHID OR THE WATERMELON PATCH THEN THEWY WOULD PROBALY FIND SO MANY UNMARKED GRAVES AND SKELOTOL REMAINS... REAL TALK NO LIE I HOPE THE FBI READS THESE COMMENTS AND ALSO IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT PRISON GUARDS TAKE BRIBES.. HELL IF THE HEAD HONCHO CHRIS EPPS GOT POPPED FOR ALL TYPE OF SHIOT THEN WHAT DO U EXPECT... HONEST OPINION IS THAT THE GOVERNOR OR THE FBI NEED TO SHUT DOWN MSP FOREVER.....I MUST SAY THAT MANY OFFICERS THAT HAVE DONE EVIL TO MANY PRISONERS WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW ONE DAY FROM GOD AND THEIR WILL BE A JUDGEMENT DAY....AGAINST ALL INJUSTICES, DEATHS, KILLINGS ORCHESTRATED, POOR FOOD, BRUTALITY, ETC ETC ETC BECAUSE AFTER ALL WHO ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS
He was my fiance. He hung himself. He had cancer and the meds weren't working anymore. He chose to end his life so me, his kids and family as well as himself didn't suffer watching him die a slow, painful, miserable death.
I use to think the same way others do in the comments until i saw 1st hand what its like inside a prison. Corruption, starvation because of things you did or didn't do. Officers and K9 on power trips, beating inmates for no other reason than they can and getting away with it. The conditions worse than you could ever imagine. I wouldn't let a rabid dog live in the conditions they do.
I do believe inmates should do the time for the crime. No I don't believe it should be like high rise hotel living. Its punishment but it is seriously way worse than just punishment. Our prison system is a money maker. It isn't about helping them turn their lives around. (I know the statistics on how many will actually reform. Not many but some.) But MDOC doesn't even try. They are seriously understaffed and continually adding more prisoners for crimes that should be home arrest or probation. The whole systems needs reworked and our laws updated.
