Catch and release is becoming much too apparent nowadays. What's that definition of insanity again?

History tells us that people were hung by the neck until dead for stealing a horse---WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE ??????????????? Cars or Horses are a means of transportation and in some cases directly connected to making a living.

Who was the "catch and release" judge?
