The suspects in the murder of young Kingston Frazier will make an initial appearance in Madison County Justice Court today. However, Dwan Wakefield, Jr., DeAllen Washington, and Byron McBride will not actually appear in the courtroom, but will make their appearance through the use of video conferencing. Death threats have been made against the suspects and law enforcement officials decided to take no chances with their safety.
Wakefield's aunt posted this message on Facebook:
First of all, my condolences to the family of the deceased baby in all of this... he is and was my first point of concern... I've been through A LOT, but my feelings could never come before anyone that has lost their child... but I will say this on my behalf...This is the woman who was walking with Wakefield when he was arrested. She is the one who got him to surrender and helped law enforcement officials make a very peaceful arrest.
that is my nephew not my son... not that it matters because I love him like he's mine. Y'all DO NOT know what really happened so STOP condemning people before you know the truth! Yes, I helped the police to get Dwan Wakefield to surrender... he was terrified and DID NOT kill this baby!! I know that everyone is upset right now and so am I. It's been one hell of a day for everyone involved. I can't say that I know the exact story because just like the police... I don't know but I DO KNOW Dwan DID NOT KILL THIS BABY! Please stop speculating and accusing and sending death threats because enough has already happened! I can't take too much more and neither can the families involved... I will not argue with anyone but I will say that Yes, I do have his back 100%
Anyone that knows me knows I love kids & I'll post for him EVERYDAY before I let y'all bash him like a murderer!! God bless everyone and goodnight

I wonder who will end up representing the "Kroger Three" (or maybe Kroger Four if the mother is implicated)?
Not sure if my last post went through. Is this the backstory on the 2010 conviction, in MO, or a different one?

Court of Appeals of Mississippi.
Coryell TAYLOR a/k/a Cory Taylor a/k/a Cornell Taylor, Appellant v. STATE of Mississippi, Appellee.
¶ 1. Coryell Taylor was convicted on two counts of armed robbery and one count of aggravated assault. Taylor was sentenced to serve thirty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections on each count of armed robbery, to run concurrently, and twenty years on the count of aggravated assault, with the sentences to run consecutively. On appeal, Taylor argues that his conviction is not supported by legally sufficient evidence. We find no error and affirm.
FACTS
¶ 2. On the night of November 4, 2000, two college students, Larry Boyd, Jr. and Christopher McAdory, traveled from Huntsville, Alabama to Jackson, Mississippi to visit a friend and attend a football game. Arriving after midnight, they realized that they were lost and in need of gas. They exited the interstate and pulled into a truck stop. While fueling up and waiting for their friend to meet them, they were approached by Coryell Taylor and Edward Ammons. Taylor and Ammons claimed they had been left at the truck stop and asked for a ride.
¶ 3. Boyd and McAdory were met by their friend and attempted to leave the truck stop. When Boyd and McAdory re-entered their car, Taylor and Ammons got in the back seat of the car and told them to drive. Boyd and McAdory's friend followed behind in her car. After a few minutes, McAdory, who was driving, was told to stop the car.
¶ 4. A gun was fired from the back seat of the car through the windshield, and Taylor demanded their possessions. Boyd ran from the car and was followed by Taylor, who began shooting at Boyd as he fled. Boyd was shot in the thigh and sustained a serious injury. The entire incident was witnessed by Chasity Lewis.

Call me stupid or tell me to go look it up on my own if your like, but I'm wondering...of those jail sentences above, how many of them were served or partially served or not served at all?
If My comprehension skills are even minimal, it appears to be a total of three years jail time and twelve years probation.
During periods of probation, one is usually randomly required to piss in a cup. Do you expect me to believe that these drug dealers did not test positive for 12 years?
all 3 denied bond
there's a lot more to come out on this story...
10:07 -
When in law enforcement's hands, they're the law enforcement's responsibility. With that comes liability. I'm sure if something happened, lawsuits would pile up.
Not to mention, it's not just about the safety of the accused...but also everyone around including law enforcement, reporters, etc. A misplaced shot one foot left or right would most likely create innocent casualties.
the even sadder part, 11:42, is that the common fact in your post is HINDS COUNTY. Cannot make these facts.
Where is the ACLU ? Where is Black Lives Matter ? I will tell you where they are . They are sitting in their offices having fun and not addressing the fact that black teenagers murdered a black 6 year old child . They are waiting for news of a black criminal being shot by a citizen . They are waiting for a white police officer defending his life against a black criminal . They are praying that people like me will not point out the truth. They are praying for the memory of this young black child that was killed by black teenagers to go away because it does not fit the profile or make qualifications for their agenda. This is the truth that they do not want to be brought to light . ACLU where are you ? BLM where are you ? CRICKETS Nothing to be said from those groups . They have nothing to say about the death of a child . Yet they make outrageous claims that they are fighting for equality. They have plans to stop the Madison County Sheriffs Dept from patrolling the streets looking for criminals yet they refuse to speak upon the horrific murder committed by black teenagers . They claim to be heroes they are nothing but criminals aiding and abetting other criminals after the fact. They have not said a word against these teenage murderers. These are the actions of heroes fighting for you ?!?!?! BTW where is the NAACP ? They are just as bad as the others mentioned above. I guess that Kingston Frazier's life doesn't make the criteria in your book .
This poor little kid didn't even make a blip on any of these groups radar . They didn't even say a word at his funeral. So where are these fake heroes now ?
