Madison County Sheriff Randy Tucker arrested D'Allen Washington, Byron McBride, and Dwan Wakefield for capital murder in the death of six year-old Kingston Frazier yesterday:
McBride is the suspected shooter. He also apparently likes to play with guns.

I'll repeat here what I said near the end of the previous thread. "This is tragic regardless of how/why it happened, but "something in rotten in the state of Denmark", something isn't kosher about this. What's with the mother yelling 'I told y’all that s[hi]t wasn’t right, I told y’all.' when she (supposedly) learned her son was dead?????"
Don't execute these animals. Just send them to Parchman. Most of the people in Max. security have very little conscious but they know how to deal with cold blood children murderers.
Of the three pictured, McBride looks like he's capable of it. His eyes appear to convey a soul that is absent of compassion or remorse. Just my .02. I don't know the young man...
Those guns were once legal and one just ended up being used to kill a 7-year old child. But people feel like we need to keep pouring more of them into our society.
10:40 -- When those three show up at your house (based on their morality of having no qualms to shoot a child multiple times), maybe you make that argument to them. I'm sure they'll be ready to listen....just ask that doc in Eastover who was accosted in his driveway a few years ago, and they threatened to rape his wife, when they returned from cleaning out his accounts via multiple ATMs. Geeze........bet he and HIS WIFE were glad he had a weapon. MAYBE we need to stop looking at symptoms, but causes. MAYBE the black community needs to assess how THEY can rein in this rabid group of THUGS, infiltrating their community. Next, is it baseball bats we outlaw because they beat people to death.....or maybe knives......until people come to grips that society has an issue with these undisciplined young men who have no issue taking the life of a child.....and it is permeating the poor white community too, so let's not kid ourselves....., we will continue to have these problems. Maybe we stop supporting bad behavior. A child has died because of poor decisions by multiple adults -- that's the true tragedy here and that they all had NO moral compass. That doesn't start with making guns illegal. The left's deflection on this issue, always stuns me -- they'll use a true tragedy to promote their agenda.
To 10:20 Inquiring Minds Want to Know - from what I read in the CL this morning, the mother was initially told that the child was found alive in Greenwood. She, along with some of her family, were hopeful that this news was true, but they were uncertain of it. When, one by one, they found out the child was deceased, they began to cry out. THIS is what the mother was responding to, that she was told the child was alive but she didn't believe it, and she was correct.
11:02....I'll bet you proudly display your NRA decal in the back window of your jacked up four wheel drive truck don't you. Those guns don't just jump up by themselves and shoot people. People shoot people WITH GUNS!!! If there were not so many guns out there, the thugs would not have them to shoot people....You moron.
Again, everyone put your ropes away and keep it in your pants. Washington and Wakefield are 17. No death penalty, capital murder or not. And no automatic life. The only hope of the bloodthirst being quenched is if someone puts a gun in McBrides hands in Madison county. Good luck there.
I'm glad these low down sorry bastards are being charged as adults for capitol murder.
Real niggas Neva fold? But they did - every one of them. Po po picked 'em right up - not a shot fired.
11:02 made some well reasoned commentary, and it is his opinion that availability of guns is not the root issue. I agree.
11:23, you sound like an emotional ad hominem fallacy arguing idiot.
It's okay to disagree on gun control, but try to actually bring something to the conversation.
11:23 is right. By why stop at making guns illegal? They should just make murder illegal. That would put a stop to it once and for all.
Someone in a prior post to one of these articles mentioned Byron McBride's mother being a Helen McBride. On her Facebook page, she has a post that her nephew Kingston Frazier was missing yesterday. Then below that she has a post about her son Byron McBride on his birthday. So Byron McBride is Kingston Frazier's cousin and Byron allegedly shot and killed his 6 year old cousin ??? Seems awful coincidental that Byron McBride stole his aunt or cousin Ebony Frazier's car with his cousin Kingston Frazier in it.
11:23 -- wow you amaze me. When in doubt, stomp your foot, pitch a tantrum and call people names. That's the way to get everyone to listen to you!!
11:23 - Your thinking is worse than MORONIC. The guns don't shoot people. People shoot people with guns. Hammers don't drive nails in boards - the people who use the hammer drives the nails into the boards with hammers. Knives don't stab people - yada yada yada. . . .
11:02 was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. However, the TRUTH is NOT very welcome in THIS WORLD any longer.
Until the crybabies/Democrats/liberals wake up and is willing to listen to the truth, NOTHING WILL CHANGE and things will only get WORSE. Read the book of Revelation. The Bible has been proven right on everything so far. . .
It doesn't take a gun to steal a car and kill a 6 year old child.
All it takes is a murdering thief.
12:05 - Helen McBride was sharing a post from someone else saying their nephew had been kidnapped.
12:05, I believe Mrs McBride had re-posted something written by Kingston's Aunt.
@ 12:05, the Helen McBride FB post about her "nephew" was a reshare originally posted by someone else.
Okay gun control person, I'll play. Let's assume what you say is right- take away guns, these tragedies stop. Well, from a practicality standpoint, how do you make that work? Go door to door Gestapo style gathering up all the guns in America? If the manufacture and sale of weapons in this country were made illegal today, it would change NOTHING as there are already an incredible number of weapons already in the supply chain. Removing guns could simply never be accomplished. Your suggestion would only impede law abiding citizens from protecting themselves. Hell, we really need more good guys with guns shooting these monsters.
on that Helen McBride facebook page, someone also commented about "irony" and that Byron McBride is the one who shot the kid.
Someone needs to start talking about the culture that bred this action. Look at the pictures and messages these guys posted, then click on their social media friends and see how they continue to present themselves.
This is an AMAZINGLY widespread culture of depravity. It is one that lauds crime, ignorance, flashiness, impolitic behavior, and disdain for anyone who doesn't present himself as a thug. It's an incredibly unsophisticated, juvenile culture, punctuated by foul language, intentionally poor grammar and diction, disdain for learning and education, excessive displays of gaudy items to convey the appearance of wealth or power, and worshipful deference to crime and antisocial attitudes.
It values selfishness over selflessness, ostentation over humility, superficiality over depth, vulgarity over politeness, illicit behavior over lawfulness, hostility over deference, scorn over respect, indulgence over restraint, and its apologists are legion. They claim it's not the toxic soup it is, or that those who flout the rules of society are a small minority, or that its critics are motivated by racial animus, all in an effort to promote and sustain a poison that is eroding the culture overall, reducing it to a primitive savagery.
It is not merely a couple of people ti subscribe to this culture. It is person after person who is not only unashamed, but who absolutely revels in his or her abysmal ignorance and vulgarity. Permeating the entire sickening spectacle is utter egocentrism. The only person that matters to the individuals making up this mass of guttersnipes is him or herself. They believe it is their right to have whatever they want and they are within their right to take what they are "owed" by any means necessary.
Only a product of such an immoral culture could see a 6-year-old boy, not as a human in need, but as a mere annoyance to be discarded. He was in their way, so they killed him and dumped him, and would readily do the same to anyone else who happened to get in their way.
This is the society they have wrought and we must deal with, but few have the guts to call it for what it is.

Including your anonymous self.
1:45 pretty much nailed it. If you want a good scare, spend some time digging around the social media sites of the 3 suspects and their friends and family. I will warn you though - you might not feel quite as safe the next time you go shopping at Aeropostale in Renaissance. You think your family lives in a safe little bubble in the burbs. Think again.
@ 11:23am
Thank you, I am on the same page as you.
I am not saying you should make guns illegal, but we should start holding the private gun owners accountable for who they sell their guns to.
Because like I said earlier, it took a law abiding citizen to purchase that gun and it was a legal gun owner that this weapon landed in the killers' hands.
I feel if you loan a gun or a sell a gun to a person and that weapon is used in a violent act, the seller should feel the brunt of the pain too. When the penalties become too severe for all involved, that's when this kind of stuff will slow down. People are putting weapons in the hands of other people who cannot handle the responsibility of gun ownership.
So all can know -- this is who 4:33 thanked: 11:23 posting -I'll bet you proudly display your NRA decal in the back window of your jacked up four wheel drive truck don't you. Those guns don't just jump up by themselves and shoot people. People shoot people WITH GUNS!!! If there were not so many guns out there, the thugs would not have them to shoot people....You moron.
Glad you said "Thank you, I am on the same page as you" to confirm what you really thought of all of us who might have a different opinion.
Well I'm sure all you (two - probably actually just one just circle jerking themselves) gun-control nuts who believe that if gun control can save JUST ONE LIFE we should have stricter laws. I'm sure you wholeheartedly support our President's efforts to keep Jihadists and Illegals out of this country as well. After all, if it can save just ONE LIFE, it's worth it right? -mr37
@ 3:32...Aeropostale is in Northpark. We all know what a hell hole that place has become.
My kids often ask to go to a real mall, meaning Northpark. I tell them, no way. I took my eldest once, but I was carrying.
Madison County sheriff arrests three. Don't overlook the fact that he must have been profilin' and detaining people who were jess mindin' their own bidness....Well, according to the ACLU, who will assert that there were probable-cause issues with the arrests.
