Tonarri Moore is pleading guilty right now to possession of ammunition by a convicted felon in U.S. District Court.
Moore waived indictment yesterday and agreed to prosecution by Bill of Information. A recording of the initial appearance is posted below.
The offense carries a maximum fine of $250,000 and sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
Federal public defender Princess Abby represented the defendant. The case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Kristi Johnson.
Moore was once owner of the infamous Upper Level Club.
Kingfish note: Hmmm..... if only there was someone who was indicted for giving ammunition to a convicted felon. If only.

I smell a rat, or is it a singing pidgeon?
Known by the company he keeps-
Who names their kid Princess. Reminds me of that local guy named Precious
He bit the bullet by taking a guilty plea before an indictment, or is it he "took a powder?" Regardless, it took some brass.
What about Crisler??
If only someone was indicted for giving government money to volleyball stadiums and start up Pharma companies.
12:13 I was going to ask the same! What about Crisler? Just glad Hinds County is not handling this case. It’s Federal!!!
What about Crisler? I spelled it out for you knuckleheads in the note. This was probably his snitch.
"RIGHT NOW", you say. Lemme run next door where they got a internet.
Crisler knows exactly what this guilty plea buys the defendant and what he will give up in order to agree to plead guilty.
