Ike Brown's team loses

The Public Interest Legal Foundation issued the following press release.

MISSISSIPPI COUNTY AGREES TO VOTER ROLL CLEANUP PLAN
Consent Decree Addresses Noxubee County’s Corrupted Voter Records

(JACKSON, MS.) – January 25, 2017: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) today announced a consent decree between its client, the American Civil Rights Union, and the Noxubee County, MS, Election Commission to enforce obligations to maintain voter rolls according to the National Voter Registration Act.

“After years of living under corrupted voter rolls, Noxubee County residents can begin to feel assured that a course correction is underway,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “This agreement should help inspire confidence that each vote will enjoy its full weight and value and diminish the risk of fraudulent elections.”

The consent decree, which will remain in effect until February 1, 2018, requires the following actions agreed to by the parties which follow existing Mississippi Secretary of State maintenance directives:

Continue to identify dead voters on the rolls. The County will follow procedures requiring the use of Mississippi Department of Health records to identify dead voters listed, regardless of registration status.

All registered voters failing to cast a ballot since January 2011 will be subject to a mailing effort. The forwardable mail will instruct recipients to list their current address. Failure to do so will result in removal if they fail to vote in the 2018 and 2020 federal elections thereafter.

Former residents must be scrubbed from the lists. County agrees to utilize voter registration mailers, jury summons responses, and out-of-jurisdiction homestead exemptions to identify and remove voters that have moved out of Noxubee.

Voters relocating in and out of County will be tracked. County agrees to use the U.S. Postal Service National Change of Address system to keep records updated.

Progress reports will be provided to Plaintiff. By September 2018, Noxubee County will outline the number of ineligible, relocated, inactivated, and removed voters according to the consent decree. The County agrees to retain maintenance records generated for future inspection.

Prior to the suit, Noxubee County exhibited voter registration rates well beyond 100 percent in the 2010, 2012, and 2014 federal elections. PILF previously noted that the County has a history of systemic and widespread voter fraud, acknowledged by the U.S. District Court in Mississippi.

The Noxubee County Election Commission voted in favor of the terms on January 20. The suit was originally filed in November 2015. For additional court documents, click here.

Finally they will reign in the large Russian community living and abusing the voting process inside of Noxubee County. Expect the Mississippi Democratic Party to enthusiastically endorse this effort.

10 26 I don't think it is the Russians they are worried about.

It would be nice to see the above post translated for those of us who do not understand. How did Russia and the Democrats get into an order to clean up the voter rolls so that they could possibly reflect the population of the County?

Using USPS Change of Address forms seems logical. So does keeping up with Death Certificates of possible registered voters. Who objects?

I am all for integrity of voter rolls; it must be done.

Looks like the guvmint is trying to suppress the voting rights of the deceased in Noxubee county from voting--three or four times.

Dead people have rights too.

Send this article to Bennie Thompson & all other Democrats in Congress. Also, all news media outlets.

Deceased individuals have rights but sadly their calls for equal respresentation under tha law have gone unheard. Let us all "stand up" for those that can not.

Everyone in America will be safe once President Trump completes his multi million $$ investigation to find the several million persons who voted illegally in this years presidential election. Although! There is no proof of this other than what the POTUS believes. See his press secretary news conferances from the last three days. "... no proof, this is just the President's belief...".
For the life of me, I voted for him, he won; I don't understand this. I know that it is a little off subject but really, save the money even if there is a little truth to the allegation, which there is not.

4:21, don't know where you live and vote but some places have over 100% turnout. Some places have more people vote than there is population, counting the kids.

Ike beat them at their on game, history will treat him very well.

Depends on the definition of 'illegal'. Take Jerry Brown's California, for example. There, illegals can get drivers' licenses which entitle them to vote. There's at least a cool million or three right there. And these are not Trump's figures. These figures are straight from the Sanctuary State itself.

Anyone who says our elections are honest should not be allowed the right to vote. We have to have some control and ignorance should be one of them. Just in our state look at the number of dead people who vote. Look at the people bussed from one voting place to another to vote multipole times. Look at the illegals who vote. Now multiply that by 50. Some of the states allow anyone with a drivers license the right to vote then turn around and allow illegals to get a drivers license.

We need work done on our voting system. In other countries our military work to insure an honest vote. Here in the U.S. there is no such thing as an honest election.

People trying to say there is no voter irregularities as there is no proof is much like saying there would be no speeders on the highways if we removed law enforcement.

A bit of background for those interested. Christian Adams was a career (that is, not politically appointed) prosecutor at the Justice Department. He resigned when Eric Holder vacated the conviction of the club-wielding Black Panther thugs in the infamous photograph from a Philadelphia (PA) polling place.

He was also the lead prosecutor in a landmark case, the first time ever the Voting Rights Act was enforced against black defendants (brought by white Democrats) in -- wait for it -- Noxubee County, Mississippi. Ike Brown himself -- thanks to Counselor Adams' fine work - was subject to a consent decree for, I want to say, 8 years, wherein he could not hold any official Democrat party position, nor actively work in a campaign in Mississippi.

That didn't stop him from working for his Canton alderman/thug nephew, Rodriquez Brown, nor bringing retards from Canton manor to vote for Bill Truly in the 2013 municipal elections.

5:26 pm Name those places.
There was ONE with a 100% turnout and they all voted for Obama. It made social media. So it was investigated. Very small town with all African Americans, all those who voted were eligible to vote and did indeed vote for Obama.
IF there were more than had been registered, it only means that newly registered voters didn't get on the roles as they should have but were found to be eligible in time to be added or else they had been erroneously culled from the rolls.
There was the dead lady in N.C. that turned out to be alive and well or did you miss that story.

Yes, we can improve the accuracy of the rolls, but that doesn't mean that ineligible voters are voting.

This isn't the 1960s. It is easier not harder to be accurate and create safeguards in the system.

6:14 pm " retards" get to vote. That's why you were allowed to vote. I doubt you could pass one of the voting tests required of African Americans in the 60s but I'm fine to go with IQ tests. Where do you want to set the minimum. I'd like to set it at 120 to be sure we eliminate those who can memorize but can't comprehend.

Only democrats protest voter ID laws and get their tits in a twist when someone mentions illegal voting. Why is that?

10:11 --

put another way, you don't hear much about voter fraud in Republican primaries, do you?

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
