Trollfest '09
Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.
Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).
Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.
Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".
In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.
In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.
Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.
Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!
This is definitely a Beaver production.

Trollfest '07
Jackson Jambalaya is the home of Trollfest '07. Catch this great event which promises to leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Sonjay Poontang and his band headline the night with a special steel cage, no time limit "loser must leave town" bout between Alan Lange and "Big Cat"Donna Ladd following afterwards. Dr. Heddy Matthias and Lori Gregory will face off in the undercard dueling with dangling participles and other um, devices. Robbie Bell will perform Her two latest songs: My Best Friends are in the Media and Mama's, Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be George Bell. Sid Salter of The Clarion-Ledger will host "Pin the Tail on the Trial Lawyer", sponsored by State Farm.
There will be a hugging booth where in exchange for your young son, Frank Melton will give you a loooong hug. Trollfest will have a dunking booth where Muhammed the terrorist will curse you to Allah as you try to hit a target that will drop him into a vat of pig grease. However, in the true spirit of Separate But Equal, Don Imus and someone from NE Jackson will also sit in the dunking booth for an equal amount of time. Tom Head will give a reading for two hours on why he can't figure out who the hell he is. Cliff Cargill will give lessons with his .80 caliber desert eagle, using Frank Melton photos as targets. Tackleberry will be on hand for an autograph session. KIM Waaaaaade will be passing out free titles and deeds to crackhouses formerly owned by The Wood Street Players.

Go ahead and start tainting that jury pool (as if you need to in Hinds County)...
I hope Jackson officials understand that running off what is left of their tax base is not going to turn out like they think it will.
Mr. Moore, like your flag lawsuit, it will NOT get to a jury. Sad situation for the deceased's family and for shop owner & family. No need to exasperate with a lawsuit that serves only to support the pathetic grandstanding of a lawyer.
black vs white again. i am so tired of the race baiting.
No mother should have to fear for her son's life every time he tries to steal a car.
Carlos Moore is a supreme douche with a history of taking literally "frivolous" cases. Here's Mississippi's castle doctrine, as it applies to this case. If the charges are dismissed without charge, he's immune from civil suit. Even if not, the suit will probably be kicked on summary judgment based upon the following:
The killing of a human being by the act, procurement or omission of another shall be justifiable in the following cases… When committed by any person in resisting any attempt unlawfully to kill such person or to commit any felony upon him, or upon or in …any place of business, in any place of employment or in the immediate premises thereof in which such person shall be.
A person who uses defensive force shall be presumed to have reasonably feared imminent death or great bodily harm, or the commission of a felony upon him or another …or against his business or place of employment or the immediate premises of such business or place of employment, if the person against whom the defensive force was used, was in the process of unlawfully and forcibly entering, or had unlawfully and forcibly entered, a…place of employment or the immediate premises thereof …and the person who used defensive force knew or had reason to believe that the forcible entry or unlawful and forcible act was occurring or had occurred.
A person who is not the initial aggressor and is not engaged in unlawful activity shall have no duty to retreat before using deadly force under subsection (1)(e) or (f) [first paragraph above] of this section if the person is in a place where the person has a right to be, and no finder of fact shall be permitted to consider the person's failure to retreat as evidence that the person's use of force was unnecessary, excessive or unreasonable.
The presumptions contained in subsection (3)[second paragraph above] of this section shall apply in civil cases in which self-defense or defense of another is claimed as a defense.
(b) The court shall award reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, compensation for loss of income, and all expenses incurred by the defendant in defense of any civil action brought by a plaintiff if the court finds that the defendant acted in accordance with subsection (1)(e) or (f) [first paragraph above] of this section. A defendant who has previously been adjudicated “not guilty” of any crime by reason of subsection (1)(e) or (f) of this section shall be immune from any civil action for damages arising from the same conduct.
Moore is an idiot. I hope he brings suit and that Parish seeks all appropriate sanctions.
Is it typical for attorneys to announce impending lawsuits on Facebook?
"young teen"
Um, okay.
Do the question is was Donna Ladd duped, played or was/is she a willing participant?
12:21 points out why he said in a "forthcoming" lawsuit. It's not filed yet, because should Parrish be found not guilty, Moore doesn't want to pay the heavy sanctions he'd be hit with.
Just another ambulance chaser looking for a payday.
It would seem like Mr. Parish would have grounds for a lawsuit against the mother. She was the one driving the get away truck.
According to law she should be charged with murder also.
Sanctions? In Hinds County? Dream on.
Sing with me
I am happy to contribute to the retainer for the attorney of Wayne Parrish, who is going to sue Mr. Carlos Moore for defamation. This attempt to run the flag up the pole on social media is scraping the bottom of the bottom feeders.
Carlos is a joke. He thinks more of himself than anyone else does.
Remember when known loser Carlos Moore filed suit over the flag? And got reprimanded by Judge Reeves? And then lost? Sad!
Mr. Parish will not have any immunity from the civil lawsuit no matter what happens in the criminal case. Moore is always looking for a stump to yell off of and I doubt he cares very much about the client.
This is what I said would happen the other day. I sincerely hope that the woman who owns the car will file suit against the boy's mother for damages to her vehicle and for emotional stress since she obviously did not have control over her son. You have to threaten to fight the lawsuits with other lawsuits or else the attorneys will continue to file civil suits hoping for a settlement. what an absolute shame.
Show me the money, I am going to get some too....
Supposedly that's mom walking up in the original video. What was she doing, sitting there in the car watching her angel try to break into this car?
Is English a prerequisite for a Law degree?
Check Carlos' facebook. Earlier on, he took an impromptu survey of what people thought about the facts of the case. The comments are pretty interesting.
Hey, KF:
Sing the praises of the dead thug's mama again, please.
She was doing the right thing, right?
And now she wants to cash in on whitey after he did Hinds County a favor.
Fine lady. She did such a great job raising her baby. Now she gone git her a CHECK!
Carlos is a douche bag.
What kind of idiot lawyer posts such a thing on social media? And butchers the English language to boot!
Heart goes out to the mama. She drew a tough hand and it did not turn out well. And there's too many opportunists out there to take advantage of it. That's actually one of Jackson's biggest problems....opportunists at every level that make a bad situation worse and take advantage of weak people at weak moments.
It mentioned the estate so without me being an attorney this should cover mother, possible offspring (which with that culture is more than certain he has at least one). So, the buisiness is going to, according to Charlie More, will pay for another generation of degernates to copulate and expand. I love using big werds.
If you would like to donate to Wayne Parish's legal fund, here's the link: http://fnd.us/wayneparish
Carlos Moore probably hoping for a quick payout settlement from Performance Oil insurance....only the lawyers win.
I'm in the construction business. You can't get anyone to walk up on a job site and ask for a job like they do in other towns. There is a problem. Cultural problem
I've requested overtime and additional time at my job, I'm gonna donate the extra money to Mr Wayne Parish, He needs our support to fight against money hungry race baiting douche bags like this lawyer. It may be one of us one day and we're the ones needing the help. They are trying to ruin him in every way that they can. If the teenager would have stole the car, probability is there would have been a high speed chase and someone's kids or family members could have been killed in an auto accident from this reckless dope head , car theif of a thug. Let them idiots go ahead and sue. There will be good hearted people that will come together and help support Mr Parish.
Fact: The police were called. They are also shown in a video of the unfortunate incident.
"Young Teen"
"I did a random survey"
Do y'all remember the black yoot killed in Ferguson almost two years ago. All we heard for a year or more was "young black man", "Black teen", Black Youth".
Pigmy rattlesnakes are some of the most dangerous.
Where is the audio? Did I miss something? How do we know the mom said anything?
He is trying to get away from the true cause which is self defense and the fact that the dead one caused his own death by attacking a man and getting himself killed. Everybody knows this but it must be spun to taking the law into his own hands so he can get paid.
They are going to string him up like it was the 60's, yall didn't have a problem with it then. What's the problem now? Sting him up!!!!!
Sanctions for frivolous lawsuits aren't imposed as they should be anywhere for anybody.
Sure looking like coordinated effort to sue Parish that Jackson Free Press smack dab in the middle of. A cautionary take for all JFP (white) advertisers.
No advertisers should spend $ in the JFP. How about a boycott of all who do?
I saw, in the video, he was shot after attempting to break into a car owned by someone else; after attacking Parish; after he was asked to leave the premises. Donner appears to be colluding when she captions a photo, "shot after running down the hill" from the Youth detention center. SO, according to Donner, he was not shot on the Perf Oil premises, he just died there?
I hate to tell y'all but this will be a jury question...if it doesn't settle before hand.
If you wish to be on the jury...well don't beg off next time.
Carlos Danger
People need to watch the video before giving an opinion. What you read in the JFP is a lie. What you hear from the family and friends of the thug is a lie. The mother should be charges also. We have only her word about why she was driving the get away truck. It is very possible she brought the thug there to steal a car.
For this man to have been indicted, the district attorney's office must have really screwed up the facts. If that video is played in court, no one, black or white, is going to convict this man. Contrary to white people's beliefs, black people are also tired of the senseless crime in the metro area.
5:27, if that was true there would be less crime in Jackson.
Another frivolous case filed by Carlos "buffoon" Moore.
Getaway car? But, but, Kingfish has reminded us twice that the mother was only driving her son somewhere for counseling and correctional advice. The boy jump out to steal a ride and momma was confused. So, she drove around the block a couple of times and showed back up, engine racing, car in low gear, one foot on brake, one on accelerator. "C'mon Boy!"
7:27, right. We all know the cops take the word of the get away car driver as gospel. She should also be charged with murder.
Donna unfortunately, reminds me of myself at ages appx. 14-17 regarding her opinions on so many social issues. Again, it is fortunate that by around age 19 and through my middle age I have matured, educated myself and made my own way in life. Many of my opinions have changed and are reasonable, although I am not cruel, neither am I dogmatic but certainly have the common intelligence not to spew such nonsense. I am not a champion of any certain race or socioeconomic group and not in the business of making myself feeling like a big champion of those who refuse to work when they are able or who blame my problems solely on another race of people. Finally, I question why she doesn't utilize her education and get a real job, instead of depending on donations by many of those whe take advantage of her ignorance?
